Room was clean. Breakfast was good vending machines stocked staff was great parking was so so for a big trucks. Chicken was easy centrally located between malls shops and store stores food Walmart nearby target nearby.

The people were cordial, and housekeeping did not knock on the door, it was quiet. I liked the courtesy call. The bathroom was clean and the bedding was clean. The room temperature was comfortable. The Breakfast was good! The carpets weren't clean, stained and the sitting chair needed cleaned and the door didn't fasten on its own it needed to be pulled to lock.

Easy to find, parking available for all guest and friendly front desk staff. Our room was not completely clean. There was a stain by the wall on the side of the bed closet to living room, the fridge was not completely clean as soon as I opened it there was brown stuff running down the back wall of the mini fridge. Also our shower drain was not working properly had water up to our ankles trying to shower.

We have stayed at about 5-7 Comfort Inns mostly on the West Coast. This property was the cleanest property by far. It exceeded our expectations for this class of hotel. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast area also clean and well stocked. Within walking distance to some good restaurants. Fred Meyer Gas station very close by. Easy on and off the highway, making it convenient for an early start.

Really like the RAIO shea butter soap. The room was clean but very musty unless the a/c was on. there were sufficient electrical outlets for our 6 devices. The TV screen was very small and the remote was difficult to use (find channels). The cover for batteries on the remote had tape on it but the cover kept falling off. The mattresses were too soft and uncomfortable. Not much restful sleep.

site error with the date and did not have a room available for me and my family to stay at 1am at night because of the site error I had to get another hotel and pay extra for their mistake.

The consistency of comfort inn is why we always stay there. It has comfortable beds, clean rooms, and hot protein choices for breakfast. Bonus for our Medford South stay was the ability to walk to dinner at the nearby Elmer's restaurant and get gas at the Fred Meyer's across the street when we headed out the next morning. There was a side door that we could exit, but the key card didn't work to let us in. We always had to enter through the lobby.

Clean room. Hall carpets looking a bit worn especially by elevator. Nice staff. Quiet, not next to highway.

If you need something on the south end of town, this would probably be great. It was not as convenient for us and it was very crowded in the area and everything was just a little more cramped than where we usually stay. But it was very convenient for anyone looking for food and shopping. The pool looked great. We didn’t get a chance to use it. The breakfast was good. No real complaints.
