The only problem we encountered was our window shade was off track.

Front desk staff upon check in, did not greet with a smile or a hello, did not want to have small talk and was rude. Room was nice, in spite of being close to the elevator. Elevator was busy most of the time, we took the stairs. Breakfast was cut off at 9:30am. We could not find a sign about breakfast ending so early. Kids could not get a waffle made because the last half hour of breakfast some man took up the one waffle maker. There were several people waiting to make a waffle. Pool area felt like a sauna. Overall the stay was mediocre.

Location was good for why I was there. The bed was comfortable. There was lots of space in the room. Breakfast options were good. I like the workout room. There were multiple nights of really loud people out on the patio After 10 o’clock at night. The patio was below the rooms. The front desk staff did not answer the phone. I had to physically go down to the desk to speak to the person running the desk at 10:30 at night. I went to ask them to please get the people out on the deck to quiet down or go to bed. After going to breakfast the next morning, the phone was ringing off the hook with the front desk person nowhere to be found. Someone actually found them gossiping with breakfast staff and let them know that the phone was ringing off the hook.

The room with the trundle sofa bed was so nice. It was not a typical fold out, but in effect two twin beds. It was very comfortable and very nice for our twin boys. Can't really think of anything.

Lovely hotel, met every expectation. We were in a room for 5 people. They had a sofa mattress, two sinks, office desk, huge TV, sink outside the shower/toilet room, which I love, ironing board, microwave, refrigerator, great indoor pool and hot tub, although not big, yummy breakfast. It was lovely! Only one elevator, it was BUSY and sometimes we had to wait for groups of people before we got our turn.
