The accommodations were well-maintained, and the air conditioning unit operated efficiently. The bedding provided a comfortable experience. We appreciated the inquiry regarding our preferred floor level. Our room's proximity to the pool was a significant advantage, particularly given our children's desire to utilize the facility. Overall, our experience was highly satisfactory.

Even though Expedia messed up our booking by misinforming us about the room, Alex, at the front desk, was super helpful in making sure we received what we booked. Expedia was supposed to deal with it but I was having a really hard time dealing with them. Thanks again Alex and kudos to Keefe for helping us move rooms!

The room was fine. There is a lot of noisy traffic on the street but we were able to block the noise with the HVAC system. The staff is very nice and is helpful.

Breakfast was plentiful and good. Things were clean. Staff was excellent. I was excited to have access to a pool and hot tub, I book specifically with this in mind. Love the enclosed space with the in ground hot tub and actually like that it's shaded and not a part of the pool space , but a separate entity. Unfortunately, these are only available from 9 am to 4pm. Check in is at 3pm, check out is at 11... allowing roughly 3hrs that I could use this during my stay. I'm uncertain why this is set up this way, but it seems rather silly.

Due to the bathroom, I wouldn't recommend a lengthy stay. It was clear the furniture had been updated recently, but grout cleaner and bathroom fans would be a considerably better investment.

Not quiet when someone rolls their luggage past my second floor room

1. TV menu navigation confusing. Could be much more straight forward/direct to find and select program choices 2. Breakfast, over all, poor variety of food selection compared to other B. W. 's we have vitiated: biscuits and gravy is more a choice for old military cafeterias, not suitable and and 'odd' choice and a lesser 'quality' choice. Having someone to cook fresh omelets, etc, would be reasonable. Also very small assortment of breads, breakfast breads, rolls, Danish, etc. OJ machine broken, however, OJ was in small glass door refer/cooler beside cold beverage dispenser... but hard to 'notice' OJ was in there. EH for the breakfast overall. Will not return to this B. W.

Room door wouldn’t stay shut unless deadbolt was latched. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. Eggs tasted chalky. Room smelled horrible and was muggy upon arrival. Do not recommend unless you are on an extreme budget and don’t care about any of the above listed things.

Affordable but in need of a makeover. The room itself was very clean but the bathroom’s worn and stained tile and grout was very off putting. Bed was very firm and pillows flat and not comfortable. The door was outlined in light and parking lot noise was constant. Two large spiders (one on the wall by the bed and one in the bathroom) greeted us in the morning. Front office staff were very nice. Breakfast was fine.

Loved how quaint it is, breakfast was good but could’ve changed it up to waffles or pancakes etc. water pressure was too high. Check in was seem less when we came in at 1am. Although I did attempt to call a few times and only got through when we reached Oregon. Water pressure

Location, room size and cleanliness. Very friendly staff at reception. The breakfast options were somewhat limited.

Basically ok for a short stay. Definitely prefer the BW Plus properties for amenities and overall comfort.
-
Bottom line, no issues.

It's Big with lots of rooms, swimming pool included. Old fashioned amenities.

We asked for a quiet room and were given one in a building well away from the busy road out front. Breakfast was basic, but tasty (and saved us the $50 we would have no doubt spent at the diner next door). Only downside was that we had a room which was likely a smoking room at one time and the smell of "no smoke" deodorizer was heavy in the room. A few hours with the A/C running helped minimize the smell and we had a fine weekend.

Highly recommend this hotel. Exceptional customer service, really clean rooms, grounds are kept up and a wonderful breakfast.
