Room had something spilled in front of the mirror in the bathroom and I stepped in it and got my socks wet and dirty!

In town for a ball tournament and had a great stay at the BW. Location was awesome, close to the fields, dining options, groceries, etc. The pool was a blessing in the heat, clean and well maintained. Every staff member I crossed paths with was so friendly, especially the young man whose unfortunate job it was to kick us out of the pool each night at 10pm. He did it very graciously, offering the kids towels and even to take care of all of our empty beverage containers. Bear Creek greenway right there was great for a walk or run and the dog park across the street a nice bonus for those with pets. Beds were comfy, even the pullout, and despite being so close to the main road, it was quiet. Never made it for the free breakfast other than to grab coffee and an apple but it looked decent. Yes it’s dated, and yes the carpet could use a steam clean or replace, but for the price I would definitely stay again.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable enough.

Loved our Junior suite. Stayed for 5 days. Good sized room. Great TV. Comfy bed with ample pillows. Good Breakfast. Pool and Jacuzzi are amazing. Loved the bear restaurant in the parking lot. Ate 3 nights there. Great Staff. Tammy was awesome. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean. Breakfast was great. The hot tub was excellent.
-
everything was nice minus the room i stayed was a littlie stinkey
-
Other complaints were the pool was really dirty and neither the pool or hot tub had towels! Annnnd the pool and hot tub are in two Very different places of the hotel! Not convenient if you wanna relax and let your kids swim. This hotel could easily reinvest in itself and actually be worth the price they charge. Definitely not worth the price. Save your money and go somewhere more upgraded to this century.

Dirty floors, undisclosed pet charges. Won’t stay there again.
-
This is a classic old hotel with doors on the outside that has been remodeled. Smaller rooms but clean and nice for a night or two.
-
The staff and breakfast was great. The carpet in our room being a pet room needs to cleaned.

The accommodations were well-maintained, and the air conditioning unit operated efficiently. The bedding provided a comfortable experience. We appreciated the inquiry regarding our preferred floor level. Our room's proximity to the pool was a significant advantage, particularly given our children's desire to utilize the facility. Overall, our experience was highly satisfactory.

Even though Expedia messed up our booking by misinforming us about the room, Alex, at the front desk, was super helpful in making sure we received what we booked. Expedia was supposed to deal with it but I was having a really hard time dealing with them. Thanks again Alex and kudos to Keefe for helping us move rooms!

The room was fine. There is a lot of noisy traffic on the street but we were able to block the noise with the HVAC system. The staff is very nice and is helpful.
-
Due to the bathroom, I wouldn't recommend a lengthy stay. It was clear the furniture had been updated recently, but grout cleaner and bathroom fans would be a considerably better investment.
-
Not quiet when someone rolls their luggage past my second floor room
