excellent hotel with a great bar and good food. I always chose Hilton.

They didn't use the restaurant or the bar. But the food look good and smell good that everyone was ordering. The gym was nice. The pool was pretty nice and normally don't go in the pool but I went in the hot tub there. Property wasn't really good shape and clean. Staph is very friendly

Staff was friendly Chlorine smell in the lobby and hall - crazy. If you have chlorine sensitivity - stay away from this place. Company is too cheap to get decent chairs for its night shift - employees visibly uncomfortable with that. Way overpriced for the offering. Pool seriously needs to be better insulated from the public areas.

Room looked great and clean. Bathroom door didn’t slide all the way and difficult to open. Shower head was a little difficult to adjust. BUT the hotel and room were very nice and I’d go back if in the area

Good location. AC unit sounded like something was trying to get out. Scratching noise. Door on bathroom is bad idea. Won’t close all the way. Has an obscure glass??? At night, lights up the room…bad design.

The man at the front desk, wasn’t very friendly. Seemed like he was annoyed I was asking about the area and what there was to do in the area

the bed I showed up and my bokings confirmatio number didnt work , the front desk lady was rude , i had to come all the way out of pocket a second time to pay for a room . I was on hold for 45 minutes trying to get this resolved so using your site cost me double

I will neber use Expedia or this particular hilton again. I paid in advance for 4 nights for a business trip. Had an issue come up at work I CALLED the hotel direct and the Hilton told me if I dod not check in by midnight they were canceling my entire reservation (already paid for) and I would lose the money had have to create a new reservation with them. Spent 2 hours on the phone with expeda who DIRECTLY CALLED THE HOTEL told them it not to cancel the reservation that is was already paid for. Get there the next morning go to check in and guess what my reservation was canceled. So after hour and me threating to cancel payment with my credit card they said im good. Then friday I get call that I need a new reservation cause my room still had my stuff in it. I was confused as I paid for 4 nights the first being tuesday. I asked can u guys not count your fingers on one hand? 4 nights is tues-friday check out Saturday. Nope thats to much math for these idiots hilton demanded a copy of the reservation yet again. Long story short I will never use this hilton again nor use expended. Oh I travel for a living meaning I spend on average 50k a year minimum on hotels and this has damn near made me abandon hilton and find a new rewards program. If u want to sell through a 3rd party that does not abolish all your responsibilities to the customer.
