Homewood Suites Medford

The staff was exceptional. Best customer service I have had in a long time.

Excellent location for medical appointments. Easy parking and extremely friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was actually very good. They have a lovely outdoor area with seating. The plants and hanging baskets both interior and exterior add so much to the property! We didn’t swim but the pool looked nice!! The bed was miserable. A mattress on a platform and NOT comfortable. The TV was on the welcome channel when we arrived but it would not turn off no matter what we did. Had to end up unplugging it which wasn’t an easy task. Elevator wasn’t working the evening we arrived but was fixed by the next morning. That was less than ideal as we were in town for medical appointments which made stairs difficult. The bathroom was showing signs of wear but was very clean as was the rest of the room.

Very good

The breakfast had a good array of food, and the employee preparing everything was super helpful and friendly! The grounds were well kept. The room had everything we needed. The TVs in both the "living room" and the bedroom were up to date and larger than we've seen at other hotel chains. Elevator moaned and groaned a lot. It worked, but it didn't give us the most comforting feeling.

Room not clean. Smear of something on mirror closet door. Hair in corner of shower.

Convenient location and great staff. Getting locked in our room by a defective deadbolt.

They were doing work on the parking lot during our stay so only 1/2 of it was available.

Exceptional

Superb

The suites could use a more thorough cleaning. The bathrooms should have exhaust fans to remove the excess moisture. Other than these two issues, it was an excellent experience.

So worth the stay.

The cleanliness

Superb

Check in was easy, staff was helpful!

We were in town for a wedding and needed 6 rooms. Homewood accommodated us amazingly! Special shout out to the night attendant Sarah! A family members flight took a 2 hour delay and wouldn’t be arriving til 1 AM. She assisted me with getting their room ready. Thank you!!

Superb

Breakfast was quite good actually. The room was really spacious and clean. Loved the property. The management was helpful. The pool felt inviting. Everything was good, I just wish there was more parking available closer to the rooms.
