We loved the evening reception and breakfast. Such a treat for our family on a long travel day

Good breakfast. Spacius rooms and common areas. Clean and nice location

Room was clean in a sense that it had been cleaned, but as far as being clean, there’s things that need to be addressed that inhibit the ability for this room to be classified as clean, black mold in the showers and chunks of sheet rock missing from baseboards for possible rodent access. need some serious attention. I mean it might have been ok if it wasn’t $230 a night. For this room, that was a $100 over reasonable. The front desk staff was awesome though.

Disappointed they don't have EV chargers. Staff does not know where EV chargers are located. Was disappointed in the room they gave us. Bathroom was 2 stars. Never seen a shower like that. Only had held shower head that could only go up 4 feet.

The elevators are located at extreme ends of the building and far away from front office which is also location for breakfast. Parking around the hotel, but you have to walk to door which is at the other corner of the building. The mattress is old and over-used. The kitchen and dining area crammed into a corner by the entrance, but the sitting area is specious and open. The TV is on a dresser by the wall between 2 windows. Can not watch TV sitting on sofa or lying down on the bed. You have to stand by the bathroom or the dining table to watch TV. Not practical. Ok for a night rest and on your way. Average American continental breakfast.

This place is nice and clean .

Overall hotel was nice. Our room felt like it needed a deep clean. Floors were very sticky and the shower had mold. Bed was not nicely made. Would expect better cleanliness from a Hilton property.

I loved this place for the location and the space it provided. It was clean and as advertised. The buffet was amazing for breakfast!

The room was clean and good size

The main issue was that the room description and photos on Expedia were misleading. I booked what appeared to be a studio with a separate bedroom, living area with a sofa, and kitchen. However, the actual room was a single open room with a kitchen. When I spoke with the front desk, the staff member explained that I had technically booked the correct room type, but also mentioned that several other guests had complained about the same issue that day and that the matter had already been reported to Hilton. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so changing rooms was not possible. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, the bed was comfortable, and the room was generally clean. The only cleanliness concern was that the windows appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time. I was also a bit disappointed with the spare bedding for the bunk bed. It seemed as though it had been stored in its packaging for a long period and did not smell freshly laundered. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay overall, and with clearer room descriptions and a bit more attention to housekeeping details, the experience would have been great.

Very comfortable for my employees! They have been very appreciative that all of the necessary tools are available in the kitchenette, there are grills outside, and the hotel hosts hospitality nights occasionally. Thank you for making them feel at home away from home!

Will be making plans to stay again come this fall.

We arrived late into the evening and Sarah at the front desk was amazing! Kind and friendly making check in a breeze. Room was amazing with a desk, kitchen setup and sofa. Very clean. Quiet location and wonderful breakfast options. Highly recommend.

Spacious rooms, peaceful, amazingly kind staff! Coffee and tea available around the clock. Yummy breakfast included in the morning.

The room was nice and big. Very quiet and the breakfast was nice.

Front desk clerk and was very kind and friendly but very busy I reserved a room with a tub and they didn't have any left. I have back issues and needed to soak my back.
