Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medford by IHG

Nice location

The pool was closed and we traveled 6 hours with 4 kids to no pool. Where be for we checked in we could have been told or given a heads up.

Soft towels, pool , good beds. Water in the pool was too much chlorine and you can’t open the door to have fresh air.

Clean and quiet. Near chain restaurants.

Amazing hotel, very clean, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. TV was a good size and elevated, so easy to view.

Very good

Indoor pool was nice but found floating poop. Maybe have someone check the pool regularly or on busy weekends. Room was clean and pillows comfortable. Conveniently near to freeway but far away enough you don't hear it.

Other than that huge disappointment, it was very clean, great staff, good breakfast. I would absolutely stay there again for the other amenities. It’s just hard when you book it based on one amenity that was advertised and didn’t exist.

This was the most pleasant stay I’ve had in over 5 years. Well cleaned. Quiet and comfortable. Pleasant staff. Well stocked breakfast. Everything flowed.

I would stay here again. The town is nice and the price of the room was affordable.
