Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medford by IHG

.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice.

A great experience, i would stay again

Well-maintained (feel very new) hotel, nice staff, lots of parking. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good. Coffee available 24/7. Solid fitness room. Large room, comfortable beds and good bathroom. I would definitely stay here next time I am in Medford.

We spent four nights here and planned to return for another night or two several days later but was quoted a higher price so we stayed at a competitor with a lower price. Nice home away from home but needs lower rates to maximize room occupancy.

Super clean room and front desk was fast to get me anything I needed, parking was easy and the whole building was super clean as well as good selections for breakfast.

Clean room

Comfortable bed, reasonably clean, front desk was helpful and polite, fridge and microwave in room, breakfast was a plus, parking was great, and hotel seemed safe and secure. Bathtub had difficulty draining, water pressure very low, bath towels very small, and area was a bit sketchy.

Property was tucked back in other businesses, which were close & convenient. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Breakfast host was beyond friendly! Parking is first come, first serve, but there are several entrances to the hotel.

No

Awesome

Staff wasn't able to show or provide information on the charges for the room when I checked in, and they had taken my credit card information. I didn't like that.

Good breakfast. Still would like coffee in room.

Nice and clean, easy check in.

Nothing

It was fine. The breakfast was not that amazing.

Great stay and breakfast

It was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was OK but I prefer the whole egg scrambled and the link sausages. It would be nice to have healthier and more nutritious whole milk.

Better than most I've experienced. Would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room.
