Clarion Pointe Medford

Wonderful staff, great beds, and nice hotel

1 light bulb was out in bathroom. I reserved a suite king room but was given a regular king room. Clarion showed me that they charged for regular king and that expedia paid for regular king. I was charged for suite king room by Expedia.

Staff were friendly. The bed are comfortable.

The rooms are seriously outdated. There were 3 of us in the suite and there was only one towel in the bathroom, 2 coffee pods, and the folding sofa bed had no sheets, pillows, nor blankets. The man at the front desk was rude and incompetent. The dog across the hall kept barking. To top it off, the entire first and second floors were inundated with eucalyptus fumes, triggering my asthma and allergies. It was horrible.

IMO… this hotel is not ready for prime time. Facility has trash piled up everywhere. Gross. Pool was green. Room was repaired/ remodeled by an amateur.

Staff were very helpful at the front desk. Our room was not the cleanest it could have been. A near empty cup was left on the night stand and someone left a pair of shorts in the drawers. More attention could have been paid. But the breakfast place was clean and again - front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Enjoyed my stay. Would go back

Everything was wonderful

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just ok. Wished the room had blackout curtains.

Checked in two a two bed room and only one bed was made desk clerk handed me sheets and pillow cases for me to make up the bed.Bathtub filled with water while taking shower..slow to empty..very disappointing.

Stayed for a single night with my boyfriend, was good overall! Beds are on the firmer side, pool + hot tub was refreshing, but the walls aren't too soundproof and we had the luxury of having some party people doing 4th of July festivities all night next door to us so 50% sleep was an added bonus haha.

Easy in and out, nice selection of quick meals and snacks in lobby, clean and friendly

The room was very clean and the staff were helpful. The breakfast not worth the time. Other than that, we will be back if we need another hotel in the area.
