Location close to where we needed and wanted to be We were checked in to a different room than what was put into their system. We had housekeepers coming in without knocking twice. Then the front desk people and the manager knocked on our door saying that we were marked as checked out from the day before even though we had checked in the night before. Instead of them asking whoever checked us in or checking the room they thought we were in. They continued calling and checking the room thinking that we were in the wrong. It was very weird and frustrating as I was dealing with a migraine and this situation made it worse.

The room was comfortable. There was quite a bit of someone else’s hair in the shower, and under the bathroom counter was trash from the previous occupant and the floor was not swept. Also, the maintenance man came busting into my room in the morning because they had my reservation in the wrong room. He was yelling at me about “we don’t know why you’re in this room.” And demanding my name while I was trying to scramble to put clothes on. It was deeply unsettling.

It was a very clean room. We also used the pool and hot tub and found them to be very clean too.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel in general and the room especially all clean and new feeling. I would recommend highly. Also, it is close to restaurants and shopping.

We’re only there for a short stay so did not enjoy the pool/spa or much, but as for the room, it was clean but bed was not comfy and of the 4 lights in the bathroom only two worked. Cleaning crew obviously doesn’t even turn lights on to perform their cleaning or those would’ve been swapped out.

Convenient location, friendly staff, great breakfast, and awesome amenities especially if traveling with children.

The staff was nice It was dirty! The room smelled like urine and cigarettes. The bathtub had not been cleaned and there was purple shampoo on the floor and shower curtain (almost slipped going into the shower). The tiles in the bathroom were loose and lifting when you stepped on it. The bed sounded broken that every time you layer on it, it would sound like a crack. This made it difficult to sleep through the night. The pool tiles were filled with slimy grime and dirt.

Breakfast OK, just crowded with not enough seating for morning rush. Rugs need replacing. Bath needs upgrade.

I liked how friendly and eager to help the staff was. We especially appreciated Angela's super-friendly attitude in the dining room. I arrived for breakfast shortly after breakfast was being served, and Angela was kind enough to go back to the kitchen in order to prepare a plate of food for me. The desk staff was quick to respond to some minor issues we encountered. The location is super convenient. You can walk through the back door of the hotel and cross the alley to get to Harry & David's, as well as a couple restaurants. Walmart is also within walking distance. The price for the room was competitive, and the room was quiet. The shower had a nice amount of pressure. Although we did experience a problem, Clarion responded very quickly quite a great solution.

The rooms are so dim you can't sit at the table and read something even with all the lights on. We were only provided with one washcloth and the little lotion was half used. The refrigerator had not been cleaned out -somebody had left a whole bunch of food. And the fridge was set incorrectly so everything I put in there froze overnight, ruining my travel food for the following day. The worst part was that there was thumping music until all hours. I couldn't tell if it was coming from somebody in the parking lot or if it was the room next door but we finally turned on all of the fans to drown out the music so we could sleep . In the morning it was still going and when I went out to load up my car I realized it was the hotel's speaker in the entryway.

We loved the location it was a mile from the Lithia Driveway Fields that we had our travel baseball tournament at. It was close to food and shopping. The boys enjoyed the pool. The staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable! We didn't eat breakfast, it wasn't bad just very basic continental which we knew about ahead of time.
