Courtyard Melbourne West

I will book this hotel over and over. Its a nice quiet place. Its located right down the road from the mall. The only down side is that they do not offer a free breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. We stayed for two nights and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was comfortable, and we were able to rest without any noise or interruptions. The staff was friendly, and everything was well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. We would definitely come back again!

The fragrance on the bed was way to much for my girlfriend she was up all night sneezing having to go outside to catch her breath. Around 2am another occupant had their alarm go off for 5+ minutes, loud enough for us to hear through the wall. Then a few minutes later we heard vacuuming coming from the halls. Overall would not stay again

Staff were friendly and food was good in the bistro. I have stayed in quite a few courtyards and this was at the top of my list for cleanliness.

No Breakfast! Wanted to charge $4.50 for coffee. Try another hotel bed was terrib;e.

They don't have free breakfast but other than that it is a fantastic place to stay. My husband and I stayed for 7 nights. The beds are comfortable everything was really clean and loved the fact that we could go sit on our balcony and enjoy the day from there. I highly recommend.

Recently updated everything felt new and clean. We had a King on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. There was a separate bedroom with a separate thermostat for the bedroom and the living area, something not often found in similar hotels. The room was super spacious with a well appointed kitchen area including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The rate for this room was very reasonable and worth every dime. The room was quiet as well. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. While there were plenty of places to sit the sofa and desk chair were not comfortable and the bed was really firm. My only criticism. Also the property is located near a lot of restaurant and shopping.
