Everything was very clean and very friendly staff

Property was just ok. The digital key system was down so we had to get someone to let us into our room. Then they charged me $100 for pet fee when it says pet friendly and no extra charge. I have a 4lb pup and we left no trace of a dog being in room. Had to call for maintenance because TV did not turn on, it was unplugged?? Breakfast was the worst Continental Breakfast Ever!!! No Forks, Attendant did not speak English, Food was Old and Cold and that was at 730? The holders for the metal utensils had old dirt and crumbs inside. Enough said for Hyatt! I noticed that I was charging twice due the card that I paid was reported stolen ,so I use another and still charge for the same room I prepaid.

A weekend stay. They were unable to "make" keys. We were unable to use any amenities. We were unable to get in our room without a manager. Very terrible stay.

The place was clean everywhere. The bed was comfortable and the towels were so soft. Loved the roof top bar and grill. Food and service was very good. Enjoyed the live music too. Unfortunately the key machine was broken, so we relied on staff to let us in our room. George was always there for us.

Less than 5 minute walk to Melbourne airport Great roof top terrace Limited opening of terrace and restaurant. We skipped breakfast and planned to have lunch prior to our afternoon flight. No food available until 4pm despite being advertised. No where else to eat within walking distance

They never respond to requests in a timely manner. If you go to the front counter they act like you are a burden on them for making them do their job. I requested a cancellation a week ago and they STILL haven’t responded. I requested an invoice three days ago and guess what, STILL haven’t responded. This hotel is clown city. Room 212 for been near the housekeeling room is a little noisy in the mornings. But nothing you can handle. All amenities, pool, gym and the Top Notch the Roof top was amazing. All staff were very friendly and answered all my questions every day. Richard and the front desk staff were above and beyond to help and accomodate all my requests. I will def come back here when I travel again..

The rooms and hotel are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a nice bonus. Would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
