Nice hotel but rooms are outdated

The front desk staff were all very helpful. We did not swim but it looked like a nice spot for a swim. Enjoyed the back patio and the water feature was a nice touch. Great location for visiting the nearby hospital.

Well kept

I felt like the property has so much rust . I was completely deceived by the view. I would have never booked a balcony room if I knew I would be staring at rusted enclosure the entire day. There is absolutely no view. I found the staff to be very helpful. Service in the restaurant was super slow, overall my experience ok. I like the people more than the people much more than the location.

The property is older but it’s properly maintained and clean. I did not use the pool but did use the fitness center, laundry, and restaurant. All were excellent. I would also like to recognize Maja who works at guest services. She assisted me efficiently and warmly with my particular situation. All team members I encountered were kind, professional, and friendly. I appreciated the service and honest interest in my accommodations. I would absolutely stay here again should my travels take me to Melbourne.

For a Hilton, I considered it an average facility. The room was nice and comfortable. The shower head needed to be changed or upgraded several years ago! Sink was broken! Some of furniture in our room was chipped and painted over. Starbucks was very below standard. Operator appeared inexperienced! Pool is outside about half block down street! Sidewalks around building were busted up in many places. They also charge $10.50 per night to self-park on site. Other than all this it was a comfortable stay.

Hotel was decent for a 2 day stay. Shower drained incredible slow. Could use updates, restaurant in the lobby was convenient. Pool is across the parking lot pictures online look newer. Not bad for price.

It wasn't too crowded during our stay. parking was excellent.
