Great hotel! Rooms were comfortable. Hotel was close to shops and restaurants.

The room was very spacious and beds were super comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the roof top restaurant was awesome.

Location is good but the valet parking service was really bad. They encouraged to get the valet parking but there were plenty of self parking available for less money. Few time I have to go get my car myself in the morning since there were no service personnel at the valet service desk. Air condition unit was not working at all times and very noisy. This hotel is not up to the par for the Hilton standard and I will not stay here again. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast booked with the hotel. Also the rate went up by $10 compared to my friends who booked less than 2 hours before I did even though there were plenty of rooms available when I checked in. Overall my stay at this hotel was not good at all

Iowa State at the MLB always great service. The food is spectacular. The upstairs bar really makes an evening memorable.

Great location in the heart of historic downtown Melbourne. Great rooftop lounge and restaurant with excellent city and water views.

Check in for me is underwhelming. I've stayed at property before and usually the person in front has a different reception from when I get to the desk. The pet policy is what keeps me coming back bc they make traveling with my dog easy. The bar mark up at the Landing is ridiculous. I was charged 27 dollars for an Angels Envy neat pour and charged a fee for doing neat (i had 3 so it adds up) I've had higher level bourbon for less in many places including hot spots like Miami. I understand there will be a mark up but this was over the top. The location is also worth coming back for but there are other neighborhood hotels that can be comparable.

Wonderful hotel, with great amenities and access to downtown. The room as clean and very unique (in an artsy, cool kind of way). The valet was great, friendly, welcoming and accodating. However, the fron desk people were a bit stressed out and therefore gave off an uncomfortable energy. Contrived perkiness mixed with stress is not a great look, although not directed toward us.

I LOVE THE MELBY! I NEVER STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. ONLY THING THEY DON'T HAVE IS A POOL BUT THE BEACH IS ACROSS THE STREET! LOVE IT.
