We thought Tyler that worked the front counter was excellent, great customer service. He managed to help calm my mad husband down with the valet. He was friendly and helpful. Excellent employee!

What really stood out was the exceptional customer service, especially from Monica. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Her friendly attitude, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made our stay even more special. People like Monica are what make a hotel experience truly memorable. Staff were very helpful and welcoming in reception and the cafe / coffee shop Coffee shop does a good breakfast For the price, expected better. Location has very little nearby for bars/restaurants.. may be wrong time of year. Roof top bar was good but very confusing as to bar or eating .. seems you can't just sit at an empty seat.. our bad. Room was ok, no frills very basic

TV is too small, can’t view it from bed Not a comfortable feeling or atmosphere. One and done for me.

Everything was perfect. The room was large, clean and well curated (I love the lighting). There's a big beautiful open lobby to sip your coffee in. Great location walkable to good restaurants. And covered garage parking at a reasonable rate.
