It was a pleasure staying with you, and it was very peaceful, and quiet. Housekeeping and front desk staff I rate you again Ten stars, instead of five. They made my stay for the second time very comfortable. You will definitely be seeing me more often. It was worth every dime I spent also, and I want to say thank you so much

I never made it to the room. Place was under construction. Wouldn't take cash for the SUPRISE deposit. Owner was literally yelling at me then refused to refund even though the room was booked less then an hour before. Hotels.com was no help in this matter either! They falsely represented the property then allowed the owner/manager to steal my money.

The room was clean with the exception of a few bugs that creeped us out, but the desk person was super nice and helpful.

Well, they didn't have a pool, but they have a big lake that looks like it's just been mowed over and over without weed eated or trimmed. The gym is closed and the laundry room for that they're renovating the downstairs. They didnt have a complimentary breakfast or coffee in the am. But the room and bathroom was nice and clean. I definitely will let my family and friends know about the Suburban Studios

There was no gym or pool, the place in is disarray and it has been over a week and I still have not received my room deposit which put me in overdraft on my credit card and they seem unconcerned. Never again!!!!!

The motel was under construction, it spelt, musty, and old no complementary coffee in the morning, just very old and not very helpful personnel

Nothing the price was decent for me and my boyfriend for the week to stay. We found roaches which I’m enclosing the picture. They moved me downstairs and downstairs when they did that we have had no appliances in our room at all like we still don’t microwave hairdryer and alarm clock we’re all taken out of her room. I called the cops try to press charges. It was just weird that they didn’t wanna press charges because they put someone in here to get it. That’s what I think because we wanted a different room because there was watches on the walls and I’m enclosing them now Roaches rudeness taking appliances out of my room that they moved me down to a different room and came and knocked on my front door and asked me to not post this on the site but I’m going to anyway to get me not to post these roaches, but I’m posting them anyways no ice machine..no laundry on site and so many roaches refer to the first picture, please

I didn't realize they were under renovation. The hot water took over 10 minutes to get hot. They had a crazy guy walking around with his middle finger pointed at me they told me he had been there for two weeks so I gather this is a place that people come for maybe weeks at a time there were no amenities, but if you're talking about bath gel that was there that's all the amenities oh, I did forget to mention the noise as if someone was moving furniture

Nothing at my arrival The only main entrance was blocked with hamde sign pointing to the back door of the property. The landscape was not done in who knows how long and I did not got of the car instead I when and canceled my reservation if the outside wasn’t good I can only imagine the interior of the property the place look like an old hood project where poor people live not a hotel at all. The should used for rehab. Nothings

The bed was comfortable the room itself looked the most decent out of the entire building. They are renovating was not aware so no gym. Building looks horrible nothing like the pictures online. Check in girl in the evening was rude. Looking outside the window of hotel where the water area is has either homeless people or druggies out there the whole time.

Recently renovated room is extremely comfortable. Hotel is under renovation. If you are only concerned about the quality of your room, it's fantastic. If you are looking for a total hotel package, this is not the place for you. Definitely would stay again.

Even though under construction in some areas the room was immaculate. the commons areas and hallways as well. we will be staying again!! The only issue was with booking. I was trying to simply add a night online and it gave me a second booking. I had to call. wait for a call back ( which should never ever happen) all the while the hotel had canceled the additional booking long before resolved with Booking.

The location was great and the room had been refurbished. The room smelt damp. Could hear every move from both sides and above.
