Overall things were good keep upbthe good work as far as service, cleanness, price and location. I had to contact the generalanager about the status of the deplorable floor condition unacceptable, to many near misses with the floor tiles. I strongly hope nobody gets hurt.

This property was an awesome place to stay prior to our cruise. They are under renovation and updating carpet in the rooms. Nice room great location great staff.

The floors were messed up take down with duct tape. We’re pretty noisy when we walked across them, especially getting up in the middle of the night. They did have a sign that I didn’t see, but didn’t mention it at check-in. We pour your own draft. Beer wall was broke put money on a card then couldn’t use it.

Good location for the baseball tournament however, the property is poorly maintained with the floors, peeling up, cracked and duct taped. Lights not working properly with hair in bathroom and shower from previous guest. Hilton has known about the flooring and problems for a year and have not fixed it. This is not something new and it’s falsely advertised and extremely dishonest. Go somewhere else. Your welcome.

It was a clean, convenient location to the cruise port The air conditioner in the room was really loud at night. It made a rattling kind of sound. Also, the continental breakfast was weird and not very good. The queen beds were not very comfortable for 2 people.

Great place to stay for the weekend. The complimentary breakfast was good, with a decent amount of options. The room was really nicely laid out. Had plenty of towels and even though we had an adjoined room it was still quite. Will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff went above and beyond by helping me recover an item I accidentally left behind after checkout. Their kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!
