The check-in process was quick and hassle free. The property was in pristine condition, and the room was even more impressive. It was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, with everything we needed within easy reach. I highly recommend this hotel. If we ever return, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

We were told what time breakfast started, but we were never told what time it ended. As a result, we missed breakfast by only 15 minutes, which was frustrating and could have easily been avoided with clearer communication. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the condition of the room, lack of communication regarding breakfast, and uncomfortable beds made for a disappointing stay. We expected better and would not be in a hurry to stay here again.

The location was perfect. Close enough to the cruise port. Close to a lot of shopping areas and restaurants. Friendly staff and clean facility.

Our room was not cleaned the entire week stay. Even after talking to the front desk two days in a row and then insuring me that they would have the room cleaned.

Good location and new and clean property. The tile floor in the room was coming up and in some places had duct tape. All the tiles were delaminating and were a trip hazard. Water pressure was very low and room cleaning service was every other day. Towels were replaced sporadically and without all the sizes. Walking from the room above was loud at night and air conditioner was noisy.

Overall, the place is newer, and we would stay there again for convenience of location. (1) Floors are peeling up and taped down in the rooms. We were unaware until we arrived and opened the door. Tape would stick to your shoes/feet. (2) Breakfast downstairs was not stocked well. Breakfast taco bar had no flour shells, no salsa, no sausage (bacon wasn't an option which was disappointing for son). We went during serving time and didn't have time to wait. We needed the option of a quick breakfast for a reason.
