The staff was great! The room was clean but there was duct tape on most of the floor where tiles were being replaced. We were not told about this until check in. There was a bad smell in the room too and all of us woke with headaches and stuffy noses. The smell stayed in my CPAP for a couple of days unfortunately. The breakfast was not something we would normally eat so we skipped and went to Chick-fil-A which was next door. It was just an overnight so doable but if we were staying for longer we would have gone someplace else.

Very sizable and thought out room offering all we needed before our cruise the next day.

Great breakfast restaurants all around the hotel walking distance. A huge chemist make up health products and water bottles etc The room was spacious great set out and very comfortable. Had kitchen also if you needed to utilise. Great clothing stores near by with designer labels with discounts. Great atmosphere all round. The staff were so helpful went beyond their duties to help me which I appreciated greatly. I would definitely stay there again and recommend anyone to do so as well. Pool and gym as well and great outdoor area for resting. It was perfect can’t fault the place just have uber app as no taxis. However the staff helped me order through their own app twice. Amazing customer service 1000%

The price was very affordable.The room was nice and very spacious. It had all the necessary cooking wear that I needed. The breakfast could have been better. There were not many food options, even though it was a buffet, but I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Avoid this property. The floors in all the rooms are buckling. Management has applied duct tape but the floor pinches and makes it easy to trip, stub your toe and fall. The best scenario they posted is to fix around year end. It's crazy to me they are still renting these rooms and not fixing them. You can't keep floor duct tape clean and every seem of the floor has or had duct tape. They never let me know in advance and the floors have been this way for months

All rooms have flooring tiles being replaced so temp panels are taped together and pose a fall hazard. Staff does not offer water bottles unless u ask at the front desk. Laundry lounges and fitness center as well as pool are the best parts.

These rooms were great, plenty of space and very clean!

Breakfast was amazing had a variety of food. The location was a little far from cruise port and the airport .But I still enjoyed my stay was nice and quiet. We only stayed overnight so I don't have any complaints.

Only stayed one night but it was a very comfortable stay and convenient location.

Breakfast was great and they have a variety of things including waffles, oatmeal, cereals, juices, bread, bacon, etc..everything very clean and fresh. I dont find anything wrong.
