Everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back!

Property was clean. Staff was rude. I checked in and asked for my Marriott rewards points and the guy at the front desk told me I couldn’t add them since I went through Expedia. He said, “you need to book only through Marriott app to get points. That’s why you pay more.” He was condescending. Once he found out I was a platinum elite member, his attitude changed. I’ve never felt unwelcome at a Marriott. I had to ask for towels 3 times. No one thanks you or greets you. I would never book there again.

I stayed here for about three days the end of June 2026. It was a welcome surprise especially considering how inexpensive it was. I felt like I was in a much more expensive hotel! The staff, especially the front desk, was amazing. As soon as I walked up to the front desk someone always came up to offer help and solve any problems I might have. The room was clean in great shape and a joy to stay in. For me, this was five out of five stars!

First of all the Hotel is located in a great location. Shopping plaza with lots of restaurants across the street. You can literally walk there. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and breakfast was good with lots of choices. I traveled with my family and we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is about a 30 minute drive from the Kennedy Space Center.
