Small pool, gym & breakfast.

First, my reservation was canceled without any proper communication. I was told they attempted to process payment at 12 PM, but my reservation clearly stated “pay at property.” Not once did anyone contact me to inform me of an issue, despite the fact that I had already traveled 14 hours to get there. This hotel was listed as a recommended place to stay, and I will absolutely be reaching out to the organization that recommended it to make them aware of the unacceptable conditions and experience. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of this hotel was extremely disappointing. Our bathroom was clearly not cleaned, and when I brought this concern to Tyler at the front desk, his response was, “Well, there’s nothing we can do about that.” Instead of addressing the issue, my concerns were dismissed. To make matters worse, we discovered there were bedbugs. We were then asked if we wanted a different room, as if anyone would willingly choose to remain in a room with those conditions. The customer service throughout this stay was equally disappointing. Rosbel at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her lack of concern and poor attitude made an already frustrating experience even worse. She would benefit from additional customer service training. The room was clean with the exception of the bathtub which had grout in the tub giving it an appearance being dirty. Also, the sink stopper wouldn’t go down. The staff was kind. The breakfast was mediocre ~ not so appealing scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage patties. However, there was a waffle maker for regular and blue berry flavor. Free parking. It was an okay stay for one night before getting on a cruise 30 minutes away in Cape Canaveral. Also, the price was reasonable.

The 1st room on the 4th floor we were given handicap accessible 2 queen bed as I booked, unfortunately the room had bedbugs, confirmed by exterminator from Terminix. Management stated we would get a sort of refund, and I would be informed within 24 hours, a week went by and I kept asking and still no information. We stood a week in another room they switched us to non-handicap accessible on the 2nd floor and no refund from the difference of this new room. It is now 9 days later we officially checked out 08.02.2026 and still haven't heard a word from the staff. I'll be updating this post with photos and videos shorty. Pictures online are a bit deceiving, the rooms do not have the sofa beds, and pool is very small with a 20-person limit in the area. Cleaning staff Is very polite and friendly. There is a rude night manager as she kept telling people to shut up as they walked in the lobby. Due to my experience with bed bugs and not being able to sleep for a week I will not be going back to this hotel, and I highly recommend using them as last resort if needed.

Nice place to stop and spend the night on our way to visit Boca Raton..The room was comfortable and the breakfast first rate. Only concern was the loud AC turning on and off through the night.

Stayed overnight before our cruise. Hotel was clean, well managed, and close to shopping and restaurants. Very well managed and courteous staff. Breakfast was delicious the next morning as well.

enjoyed our stay it wasnt too far from port canaveral cruise port. so stayed a few days before sailing. staff was awesome breakfast was decent and theres a great bbq place right across the street if you dont want fast food. but they are close as well! overall would stay again my daughter and I had a very nice time.

Beds and furniture stil look good.

We would stay there again. Very clean hotel, nice staff and great service. A lot of nearby restaurants, shopping and things to do.

Very pleasant atmosphere, need help at the front desk. One person cannot carry on the load, security is needed especially when you have groups athletic groups coming in that are very active young people one person cannot manage. I must say micromanage everything around her or him.

A nice clean hotel. We were disappointed that it was slim pickings for breakfast. No bread, no fruit, no eggs, no bacon … needed to be refurbished badly.

Everything was great. When I realized how close we were to 95 I was nervous, but it was so quiet!! Didn’t hear any road noise. Great mattress! Everyone so friendly! Will definitely stay there again.
