Good but just needs an extra renovation update

It was a good stay, rooms are a bit dated but very clean

Staff were fantastic special thanks to rachel on front desk nothing was a problem jessica behind bar very funny and made you feel at home and jackie on breakfast who would greet us and remember our order

This hotel was in the process of doing upgrades.

The place was a disaster. There were two people in front of me checking in. By the time i got up in line they had come back with reports that their room was disgusting. Everything was disorganized and they seem not very interested in making it right.

Had to change rooms 3 times. Deplorable conditions. Body hair all over shower, stuff all over the walls. No baseboards in rooms, Rooms spelled of weed. Only reason we did not leave is because our son's soccer team was all staying here for a soccer game.

They were in the process of renovating. The staff was wonderful and very helpful!

Room was very musty. Very strong smell

Hotel was okay for what we needed it for in between baseball games. Staff was excellent!

Price and location Didn’t match online photos. Not as clean and upscale as presented

The hotel was filthy. Signs were up to pardon dust while they were doing upgrades but elevator, stairs, and room was very dirty. There was rust on towel bar, bathroom vent, torn chairs, and dirty floors. Door did not auto close and would bounce open.

Unfortunately, the hotel is currently doing a huge renovation and changing into another brand, therefore, the construction and the elevators needed to haul construcion items were unpleasant to say the least. The staff, especially, Rachel at check-in and Jackie in the dining room, at breakfast, which was delicious and freshly prepared, were both excellent.

Leaving this dump was the only part we liked No hot water, AC not working properly, all medal in room was rusted, people screaming in the hall at night, a fist fight in the parking lot, 1st room shower didn't work had to switch rooms 2nd room was damp wet everything thing felt WET. The pool was dirty the room carpets were filthy ( had to keep shoes on) USB chargers didn't work. All of the landscape was dead or dying. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Elevators were like a construction sight. We were never told in advance they were working on the 5th floor or we would have chosen another hotel. The chair in the room was so stained you couldn't sit on it. Also the fridge didn't work in either room 301 or 325.

Room was old and the bathroom out of date. Toilet didn’t flush good.

Showers had no pressure, and nobody turned on the AC in our room before we got there so our room was so humid. Our sheets and carpets were wet. We ended up leaving for a couple hours with the AC low until the humidity was drawn out of the room.
