Holiday Inn Melbourne-Viera Conference Ctr by IHG

It was okay at the air conditioner did not work very well and have all the state smell. They are in the process of renovating and it looks amazing that I wish we knew that before booking

The hotel was very nice and had access to the beach and a lovely pool. The hotel charges $18 a night for parking even if you are a Hilton honors member. The restaurant was also pricey. The breakfast was good but the lunch options were limited and you could not go off menu at all.

The staff provided excellent service.

When arrived they didn’t have a Roll away for my daughter to sleep comfortably, Marisa was very helpful and gave us another stool and blankets for my daughter to sleep. When I got move to room 206 the door that connected to the other room didn’t closed the main door didn’t close all the way you had to pushed on it to close the room had a smell and the closet was dirty the only good thing about my stay at this hotel was Marisa she was trying to help to the best to her knowledge

Great hotel for a short stay by shopping and beaches

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and the hotel is easy to get to from 95.

I did not get sleep at all & had to sleep in my clothes. The sheets were damp and had the room smelling bad. I really should be getting a full refund.

Breakfast was outstanding

I feel that this hotel needs to significantly drop there price to accommodate for the cardboard tapes elevator. The elevator looks like something out of an horror movie and I was nervous everything I got on. Also the outdated windows AC unit in the room was so dusty and made the room have a wet smell to it. The staff at check in was very pleasant, sorry I didn't get her name. There is no reason why I should have to pay more then $248, to stay in this safety trap.

The beds were clean and the overall staff was super friendly. However, our room stunk of mildew. It was so bad. It was making me nauseous through the night. I went and told the staff the next morning however they did informed me that they would just make sure it didn’t stinked for the next guest. I personally felt as though they brushed it off since I didn’t complain the night of. My only reason for not complaining the night of is because it was after 1 o’clock in the morning.

The room smelled like pool water. The door rattled every time someone walked by and it sounded like someone was trying to come in. Noise from the AC woke me up. The room felt cramped.

The pool was dirty so we didn’t use it. My only complaint.

Chose to start construction in the morning after July 4th and we woke up to banging and drilling. Not the best hospitality.
