Lovely staff, and room.

Housekeeping here is terrible. Even after the scheduled 3-day cleaning, the room was still dirty. They didn't vacuum, so there were small bits of debris and dust all over the floor. Plus, there was hair left in the bathroom, and the entire room smelled bad.

This place is a true gem. The staff is fabulous but any hotel can have fabulous staff. The staff here Maria, Martha and Lyndon care about you as well as being Fabulous. I watch the breakfast staff go about their work and I don't think they know how much guests appreciate them. I have stayed at Laquinta in other towns and your my go especially with my dogs.

Everything was great, except for the smell in the room, was like a bunch of cats took a fresh piss, the clerk DID offer me a different room but my ride was already there , packed up & leaving early. Made me gag Cat piss smell in room. Had to leave early

Very outdated and had a sign saying excuse the mess but didn’t see any updates happening anywhere. I think it was a cover up for the outdated facility.

This is an older LaQuinta and is under renovation. However, it was clean, bed was good, and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with plenty of choices for everyone. The location was close to different venues that we were interested in; i.e. Brevard Zoo and the Space Center. Would recommend this hotel for the traveler not looking for high end accomodations.

Check in staff Emanuelle was very helpful. The room telephone was not connected nor was there any connection to the phone - no wires anywhere indicating that it was ever connected. One of the two room cards did not work.

Property for the most part was Clean and the good location. They had renovations going on the fourth floor, but it didn’t affect us. The parking situation was not good. They had contractors parking big trucks with trailers taking up six parking spots right in front of the hotel. Those need to be moved around to the side or the back. We had a hard time finding a parking space because of the contractors and their big trucks and trailers that shouldn’t be
