Location was great. Shot distance to mall and food. AC didn’t blow cold air and room was dirty upon arrival and still dirty after room service.

I love everything but….entrance door near or room didn’t work for the 4days we were there and the ice maker was down for 3 days. We had to purchase ice from gas station in front of building at 5.00 a bag. Breakfast could be a little better too. What are bacon crumbles? Useless. Get bacon! But I’d stay here over and over.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. Everything was well maintained, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Check in staff member was stressed, irritated, and it showed. Reserved king size bed, got two queens with no change in price, AC wasn’t working properly but a helpful technician was sent right away. This was a last minute stay as a stop during a long drive. Even after AC was fixed, room was very humid throughout the night.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Helpful with information for places nearby, directions and with arrival and departure.

If I could’ve gotten my money back or had extra money to walk away I would’ve left and went to Orlando. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
