Check in staff member was stressed, irritated, and it showed. Reserved king size bed, got two queens with no change in price, AC wasn’t working properly but a helpful technician was sent right away. This was a last minute stay as a stop during a long drive. Even after AC was fixed, room was very humid throughout the night.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Helpful with information for places nearby, directions and with arrival and departure.

If I could’ve gotten my money back or had extra money to walk away I would’ve left and went to Orlando. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Property was clean. My room looked great and tidy. Breakfast that was provided was well attended and super clean.

The staff was very pleasant. The room was clean, but the shower had noticeable mold in several places. The shower floor was also quite slippery. This is a bare bones room. Unless I sat on the bed there was no place to watch tv. The desk chair couldn't be maneuvered in the small space. While there was a good little fridge that kept my water and medicine cold, the ice machine wasn't working when I checked out. There is only one in the entire hotel. My water and meds were in my little cooler without ice in 95+ degree temps with only my car air conditioning. I'm a senior citizen traveling alone, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I won't stay in an Avid again.

My husband and I only stayed for 1 night - we were boarding a cruise the next day. But the hotel was clean, staff were helpful, parking was well lit and safe, and the breakfast was good! No complaints and we plan to stay here against for our next cruise!

Clean room with plenty of space, comfortable bed. Carpet in the hallways had a strong unfavorable odor to them. But the room did not smell. Good variety of choices for breakfast.

Excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. They made my granddaughter and I feel valued and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Great customer service like this makes all the difference. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel with clean and well maintained room

I liked everything

Very clean fitness room and the pool was also very well maintained. My room was very clean, and well stocked. The small fridge inside of the room was perfect for water and sports drink I wanted to keep cold. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board came in very handy. I will book again next time I am in town. The team was courteous, professional and accomodating. I asked for an extra blanket at the front desk and there was no hesitation. Thank you!

Clean room

The first room was not clean. The staff was helpful and immediately changed our room. We stay 7 nights and all in all it was a very comfortable stay. In my opinion the food was not good.

Clean, well run property. The person who checked me in was professional and effecient. I went to the pool on my second day at the hotel and it was very clean and well maintained. I asked for an extra blanket for my room and was promptly helped. Mini fridge in the room came in very handy as I had bottled water I had purchased. The hotel is right of I-95 and great location to get on the highway right away. I will definitely frequent the hotel again if I come back to Melbourne. Thank you for a great experience!
