The beds and the bedding were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the check in process was effortless which is important when you are checking in late at night. Please provide better quality soaps and shampoos.

The area it was in was very nice The staff was lazy. The air in my room didn’t work. For the price I paid the shower was terrible. And plus my key car wouldn’t let me back in my room. And I had to wait 6 hours for someone to let me back in with the master key. Which the maintance man hand to do. Just over all the worst experience I’ve ever had .

Great location No complaints

The property was a good fit since the conference I attended was located on one of the floors. The room itself was quite nice with a separate sitting room, sink, microwave, and refrigerator. While the main part had two beds, a nice TV, a nice desk and the bathroom, which was a decent size for one person. All the necessary lotions were provided for including shampoo and conditioner.  The only thing I can say is, I was a little worried about the vents, pushing out the air up near the ceiling, which is the popcorn ceiling, is full of dust and dirt from the air being pushed through the ducts. So little concerned, whether or not the ducts have been cleaned on a regular basis. I noticed that I was sneezing a lot.

The air did not work in the room. It was horrible. Hair was on my sheets order food from the restaurant and it took an hour for it to be done. I talked to one of the housekeepers she had an attitude. We had somewhere to sleep for that night

So run down and out dated. The door lock mechanism was loose. I thought I had it closed but someone walked right in. They have the fire alarm off. Exposed wires showing. The shower curtain was ripped leaving 1/3 not covered. Water all on the floor. Dry food all over the wall in front of kitchenette sink. Nasty See above

Everything was good with stay and staff. Property is little outdated snd had a old smell to it but for the price it was ok.

They have rooms with two double beds and a pullout couch bed. So if you have 5 or 6 people in your family you can all be in one room. The room was large. Nothing

I didnt get to see but front lobby. They wouldn't let us check in without our card. Didnt like management.

We were not allowed to check in until 9:30 that night. The same was true for about 30 other travelers. We all had to find other accommodations to dress for the evening, loading and unloading bags an extra time.

Michael was exceptional! Melvia too. Great location for visiting Memphis and our daughter who is a student at Christian Brothers university Never seemed to get enough towels without multiple requests.

I believe this was probably the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. I was highly impressed with everything. the Staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean and safe, the breakfast and dinners were top notch. if ever in Memphis again I will definitely plan on staying here. There is nothing I can think of that i would change.

The room was very well kept and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room ac/heat did not work properly. Even when it was switched t pl off it attempted to run all night.

great property nice interior Staff were very rude, room was not ready until midnight and we were rushed out of our room without being in it for the proper allocated amount of time. Then the staff member proceeded to argue about my card already being charged, and tried to charge it twice.
