The room was clean and property was secured. Nice common areas. Would stay again.

Exceptionally clean, modern, they make excellent use of space and everything is well laid out. Free parking (although I did not need it), great location for ride share or a short walk to the nearest CalTrain station (Menlo Park) or short bus ride to Palo Alto (bus stop is directly steps in front of the hotel). Safeway literally next door with convenient refrigerator in room, 24/7 coffee/tea/cocoa machine in the lobby area. FREE breakfast, a good one with excellent options for snacks and juice to grab and go. Snack bar on consumption for late nights (pay at front desk which is 24/7). Nice touch for the front desk staff to give you a quick tour of the property features as they show you the way to your room. Quiet, clean…even a 24/7 cold/hot water dispenser near the exercise area with its own light for convenience! Useful amenities in the rooms. Great sleep. Again this property is located on a main street with lots of activity but I never heard any of it from my room which was located on the second floor very near the street facing side. Everyone on staff was courteous and helpful. So pleasant. This trip for me was a last minute personal one. Hote Lucent was really affordablr, though I only stayed one night. Thanks

They charged too much for nothing even they charge me the deposit fee and literally I just slept and I left

Menlo Park駅から歩いていけます。また、スーパーの隣にあって、買ってきた総菜を温めて食べることができました。ホテルの作りは簡素でしたが、清潔で防犯も十分であると感じました。スタッフがとても感じが良かったです。部屋が清潔で冷蔵庫もあってよかったです。

Clean room, nice breakfast convenient parking

Black mold on the bathroom shower grout and when they showed me another room it had the same. I showed the manager and she said oh yea I'll tell the cleaning crew, carpets were stained and dirty, scuff marks on the walls, desk had scratches marks and chips, had a portable AC that didn't cover the full window to vent. Breakfast shows pictures advertised as turkey sausage but it was pork and ham in the omelets so we could not eat it because of a food allergy to pork.

Passable

We stayed at the Lucent on two occasions on this trip. The first was for 8 nights, 7/11-7/19. The second was for 2 nights, 7/31-8/2. This property/ parking felt very safe and secure. I am a coffee drinker and appreciated the 24-hour coffee service. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. Safeway is right next door! The location to Stanford Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, was very convenient. Depending on traffic, door to door we could be there within 7 minutes. We did enjoy the quick walk to all the fabulous restaurants and shopping Main Street, Menlo Park. Eve and the entire team at Hotel Lucent made us feel at home (like family) during our stay. The firepit seating and spa/pool courtyard area is charming!!! The fitness center is set up just right for a quick workout. Adjusting to a higher humidity level the room had a tendency to smell a little "damp" when you first walk in.

Location was great and staff was really nice people. My room (which was supposedly a premium one) smelled really bad (like dirty and wet carpets that have created an almost unbearable stench). I had 5 other colleagues staying in other rooms of the same hotel who had the same complaint about bad smell in the rooms. Prices are not cheap for such a fundamental flaw ruins the experience.

Good location. Rooms were quite loud since they were outside and right on a major road.
