Old and outdated. Clean but kind of dreary inside. Carpet was rippled in places, lots of dust on decor in main areas. Hot and humid in the lobby area - felt damp. Pool was decent but small. Staff hardly spoke to us. Not super inviting.

Very clean and served a great breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the area, especially dining overlooking Lake Erie.

The staff accommodated any request we had. They had a restaurant on site. We showed up just before closing with a large group. Chef D stayed open to accommodate us and the food was excellent.

The halls were very warm, and while the AC in the room worked well it made leaving the room uncomfortable, especially when we got locked out a couple of times! Breakfast was good. Unfortunately we came the day they had resurfaced the parking lot which made parking and wheelchair access difficult, but staff was helpful.

I stayed for one night and arrived late in the day. The staff was very nice and helped me get checked in. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the provided soap smelled good. The breakfast is standard amongst hotels and was on par with many of the other hotel breakfasts I've had. Upon checkout, the staff wished me safe travels and pleasant rest of my day.

We stayed there once before. The breakfast was marginal and is in the basement. Didnt love it, so we went to a local owned eatery for a great breakfast. Yes we had to pay, but it was good.

Mostly good, but.... the lighting in the room (#110) was inadequate. Energy-efficient bulbs do not have to be dim; they should be replaced with bulbs that provide more light. The breakfast selections may have been great 40 or 50 years ago, but for travelers today who are vegan or gluten-free (such as my wife & myself), the offerings provided were substandard at best. The area of the main entrance was well-maintained, but the faded artificial hanging plants just looked trashy. Accommodations were comfortable, and the room was clean & fresh.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Food was delicious and warm. Coffee very good.Hats off the the two ladies cooking breakfast.

Huge room for what we paid. Lounge area + a bed. Very friendly staff, great amenities and in a beautiful building. Breakfast was decent and there was a nice little exercise facility.
