Great parking, lot was large with wide spaces. Easy to get in and out of the street traffic. Clean and efficient and friendly staff.

We’ve stayed here many times when visiting Lake Erie - the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is always good and the price is great! I highly recommend this Mentor hotel.

Management doesn’t train staff. Don’t understand the ADA and harass service animals.
-
It’s in a beautiful spot and a nice hotel but management is untrained and doesn’t train staff. Don’t understand the ADA and unkind to the disabled.

This is a great place for an overnight stop on a road trip. It is clean, comfortable, spacious, and the breakfast is good.

My favorite part of my stay was meeting the chef of the Sky Bistro who also had to play bartender in Sky Bar that evening. I met several interesting people at the bar. They all said their dinners from Sky Bistro were excellent. Our suite met our needs and I would certainly recommend dinner at Sky Bistro and spending time in the bar meeting people from different places.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The pool was very small and dirty. I was disappointed that we didnt go swimming because of it. The positives are that the breakfast was very good and the cleaning service did a great job!

Breakfast needs a little change, same thing every day, but good. rooms are nice. Im not a fan of the first floor and that is where my room was, so thats why it got a 4 star. but have stayed numerous times and will stay again.

Very good

The room was large with a desk and sitting area which was great for my work video meeting. The resteraunt was great and the breakfast was fresh and well done.
-
Rooms was very clean, however, the value is not there. $167 for this room with practically no gym, and no facilities.

Nice room and patio. We loved the little sitting room we had in our King room I was very satisfied. The food in the restaurant was very good. Very accomadating staff! I wish all the rooms had showers instead of a tub. I would of liked a grab bar in the middle of the wall so you could use it while showering
