Amazing stay breakfast was wonderful

Overall good experience, location near the highway, clean, only problem the room would have a weird old kind of smell and no way to ventilate the air since windows can’t be opened

We checked in late after driving all day. When my daughter laid down in her bed she found a painted nail. I did report it to the front desk staff when I checked out. Pull out sofa blankets weren't folded which led me to believe they weren't washed either.

Totally did the trick for a weekend trip home to visit family and friends.

Better than average free breakfast and ample parking is a plus. Only complaint was the shower/tub drain was plugged up with hair and drained very slowly (gross in any setting). I did tell the front desk receptionist but she did not acknowledge me at all.

beds were comfortable. Susie at the front desk was awesome.

Although the temperature was comfortable, it still felt very humid in the room. I don’t know how you fix that but not pleasant.

We stayed here a second time because we were so happy with the first trip. Very nice staff, clean room, good parking and good location!

Room was good. Breakfast was one of the best ones of the many hotels I’ve stayed at this year.

Perfect location to Kirtland

The staff was wonderful. The pool is in a strange place, made you a little uncomfortable. Rooms need updated for the price of a stay.

The washroom floor had a film of water on it from the humidity in the room and the ceiling was also wet from the humidity. I woke up soaked from head to toe in the morning because the air conditioner didn't do it's job. Got moved to room 146 and it was much better as the air conditioning worked well... Or so I thought. It did not turn off throughout the night and the room was 65 degrees Fahrenheit in the morning. I woke up with a clogged throat and it felt like a meat locker. I would not stay at this location ever again. The attached picture is my passport that curled up from the humidity in room 136.

Mice place. Clean, nothing fancy, but was fine for me.

It was an older hotel but they have maintained it. It was very clean but could use a little updating. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loads of options to eat around the hotel. And the Sheetz gas station has food fast chargers. The beds could use new mattresses because you sink almost to the bottom and did not spring back. So I didn't get a good night's sleep. I also was slanted towards the edge. The ac worked very well and it was quiet.

Great place, clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were really great. Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful.

I am still waiting for holds to be released on my card. 100 dollars 2 times
