it was a decent no frills place to sleep for a night except for the two items mentioned below Sink in the bathroom was 99% blocked and drained VERY slowly, and the lights over the bed/electrical outlets were dead so the room was quite dark.

The only problem I had was when I moved my pillow over, the sheet was dirty & had someone’s hair on it. It seems they may not change the sheets for every guest. I’ve had this problem at other hotels in the past & it’s not acceptable. Please speak to your staff & make sure beds are changed 100% of the time.

We stayed six nights and our room was only cleaned once. We repeatedly brought it to the management's attention and the management was extremely rude blaming us for the lack of cleaning they. They actually tried to lie about it. They told us that my wife told them not to clean which was not true. Then they claimed we had things on the bed which wouldn't make any sense because they also did not clean the bathroom or leave fresh towels. The general manager, was the worst I've ever seen in 40 years of business and recreational travel. She was argumentative and continued blaming us for the lack of cleaning claiming that we requested the room not be cleaned. We are still on shock about the lack of service, the rude treatment and the lack of honesty.
