Super 8 by Wyndham Mentor/Cleveland Area

The room was very damp and musty. The bathroom was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. There was plenty of parking.

One of the reasons you stay overnight at a motel is so that you can get up in the morning take a shower and prepare for your day. When I woke Sunday morning, there was no power and no lighting in the bathroom available due to a power outage the night before. For this reason, I was unable to take a shower and had to leave on a long distance trip in poor condition. When I asked the receptionist if they could knock off a percentage of the bill, she said she would check with the manager.

Perfect for a night’s stay on the way home.

The staff was very nice. However, the rooms wasn't that great, but I think they get a lot of low life traffic coming through their doors due to the very high pricing of hotels these days. Rooms definitely needed cleaned better!

The location is convenient. The overall condition is slightly rundown. The price is the main attraction.

Supposed to be nonsmoking but strong cigarette smell in bathroom. With motion detected light and fan in bathroom, couldn’t leave fan on all night to help alleviate problem.

Nothing Everything, the front desk was rude and unpolite. The room felt dirty , like when you walk and can hear the dirt as you walk. The worst part is I found bedbugs .... we arrived at 3 am and left by 3.15 am. The front desk acted surprised but didn't apologize or offered another room, probably knew there were more rooms with bedbugs. Oh and light at the entrance didn't work either, perhaps on purpose to conceal the pests.

The smell was awful, the carpet have to be changed. It smells like if we were sleeping in an ashtray. All our clothes after that smelled cigarette..

Breakfast was good, plenty of variety. Rooms were clean, good variety of TV channels (my granddaughter got to see Murder she wrote for the first time!!) the directions given seemed like it was in the direction I was going but I ended up back-tracking almost 40 miles

The property and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were hospitable and helpful. Plenty of secure parking. Breakfast was sparse. Provided just below the minimum. The furnishings were dated. Doesn’t look like the owners have invested in upgrading anything at this property.

There were dozens and dozens of bugs in the room, when I told staff at checkout, they simply shrugged it off and said they will check it, I do have photos on my phone

Super 8 was okay. Our room smelled a little bad, but we sprayed some deodorizers around and it solved the problem. Otherwise it was fine. No breakfast was disappointing.

My reservation was canceled even though they were Aware that my flight was delayed. Then they charged me more. It was very Smokey smelling and I had a headache every morning from it
