Bad

I will say it was safe, clean "enough" I guess, and the staff was responsive to getting resupplies. It was reasonably quiet by 10 pm, though we do sleep with fans/white noise (brought ourselves). We were there for a service trip and trying to save money, so it met our needs. I would stay there again for that purpose, but I would never stay there again for a personal vacation.

The staff was amazing accommodating us into a room that was just nicer than the one originally booked.

This place is filthy

Totally unclean and broken furniture. I wouldn’t allow my dog to stay in that hell hole! Totally almost ruin my trip. An insult to present a place like this to the public. Shame on you Cleveland!!! Do better. What the hell?!!

The hotel was fairly clean. The only thing was there was a large gap under the door and it looked like my door had been possibly kicked in at one point the lock on the inside was busted. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

The toilet is tiny

It is centrally located between our daughters homes. We have stayed here multiple times over the past 6 years. The beds were comfortable. The front desk gentleman was very kind. He wrote down all of the problems we were having. We stay in a non smoking room. This time it was disappointing. The bathroom smelled like strong urine. There were cigarette burns all over the sink and tub. The toilet seat was horrible looking. Even the remote control for the television had no batteries in it.

Great location, close to everything I need and very quiet

Location was good for my purposes. Potholes in the drive way, not easy to enter property from the north.

Nothing. It was all around a terrible experience. I will actually think twice about going through booking.com again. I am surprised they they use such an awful place as a choice. It smelled horribly of cat urine. I have no idea when it was the last cleaned. The room was infested with gnats. They were everywhere. You could not go to the bathroom with out getting swarmed. We slept with the light on in our clothes on top of the covers.

There was no breakfast They cancelled my reservation prior to check in. The front desk, Tye, was zero help and didn't care at all. I ended up sharing a room with family also traveling. The room smelled horribly of cat urine and was infested with gnats. You couldn't go to the bathroom without being swarmed.

Very helpful staff; clean and updated room

All one story facility. Allowed pets with reasonable pet fees of 15 a night per pet. Lots of pet relief areas. Lots of restaurants and attractions near by.

I booked my room through hotels. com 2 weeks in advance. I got all my notifications for the trip etc. When I arrived I was told they had no reservation for me and they were booked and had no room to offer either. So I was stuck in a new town with no room and most places booked.

There was no lights outside where my room. Went to store at night it was super dark scary
