The whole place is overdue for updating, by at least 10 years. There's one room that they show for pictures, but that's the only one! Plugs fall out of sockets, shower head goes everywhere, lumpy bed, no fridge/microwave or hair dryer, and the absolute kicker is your key doesn't work more than once per day! I had to go to the office for a new key every night. Maintenance had to do it once as well. If you can avoid this place DO IT!

The cleanliness of the facilities was very poor. There were signs all over the place saying it was 100% smoke-free, but our room a smelt very much like smoke. Also under one of our beds were two beer bottles, so we knew they didn't really clean up too well. The rooms were very inexpensive, but unfortunately I can't recommend this facility even with the price rate as is.

This was our third stay and it was way worse than before. The room was gross. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed, pubic hair in the bathroom, crusty stuff on the bathroom counter. Beds did seem clean. Probably won’t stay again unfortunately.

Do not stay at this property. We checked in and the room was unacceptable. At this price I didn’t expect a high-end room. However, there were dead bugs on the towels. The ceiling was falling down. The smell was so bad in the room. We left the door open for a half hour. We did not stay there and wanted our money back. They had no other rooms. The Clerk said we would have to talk to the manager. We tried to contact him several times and he’s never responded. Expedia cannot contact him either. We had another party in our group that was supposed to stay there four nights. They got in at 1:30 in the morning. Stayed one night and canceled the rest of their night. Stay there. Do not stay at this property.

The room had been cleaned but not thoroughly. There was a ash tray left in the drawer even though it's a 100% smoke free room. It allows pets so that's a plus. The price was fine. So basically you get what you pay for. The staff at night and in the morning were very courteous and helpful.

It was a dated hotel but the night manager was a delight to deal with.

There was coffee and hot water for tea, not much else. The room had TV with many channels and a phone USB charging station. The attendant stayed on phone with an argumentative customer as I waited more than 20 minutes to get my key. Since the customer on the line was determined to stay on the phone forever, the attendant could have asked about my needs and maybe given me a key to the room, and continued with the argument. I had already paid online so my keys needs could have been easily addressed. I was attending a meeting and was late because of this long wait. Room 153 bath tab had mold and ceiling was peeling off between the wall in the sleeping area and the bathroom. The chair near the desk had damaged leather.

The wall light was broken

Clean room, polite staff. The area was hosting a dog show and there was alot of guests traveling with dogs, that being said it was peacefully quiet.

the air conditioning was FREEZING, which is a good thing in the middle of the summer, thank goodness for that. the room needed a bit more attention with a mop, because dusting alone was not enough for those floors, i dared not walk barefoot. parking was ok, however there were many trucks taking up multiple parking spots, one night one inconsiderate pickup driver parked with his trailer on 5 parking spots. the staff was nice

Clean room and the air conditioning is amazing!

This must be a regular stop for people who transport dogs for a business. Multiple dogs were locked in very small kennels in several trucks overnight, and could be heard barking all night.

Absolutely disgusting! One of our beds blankets has someone's bodily fluids on it ( luckily I had my own sheets and blankets) it says no smoking anywhere but its definitely not enforced. I didnt have the guts to shower here but my buddy did and the shower ended up being clogged.I almost got a different hotel that night the only reason I didn't is because we got in late and needed to be up early. The check in we waited for 10 minutes for someone who finally showed up clearly high on something. I will never stay at this establishment in any state ever again. %100 do not recommend.

If you're looking for somewhere cheap to sleep near Historic Kirtland, this place will do. But don't expect any amenities. No breakfast. No coffee pot in room. No fridge. No microwave. The room also smelled quite bad. On the up side, the wifi signal was surprisingly strong -- but that may have been a function of the location of my room.

Location is the only plus of this hotel. Everything else was terrible!!!! Horrible musty smell in the room. Dried Urine on the back of the toilet. Hair in the corners of the bathroom floor. Floors in room were disgustingly dirty and door handle broke off as we were trying to leave in the morning and we had to call front desk to get us out of the room. This place is in desperate need of makeover! Paint was peeling off the walls.

Terrible, A/c unit wasn't working properly causing a very damp and mildew room. Bugs were in the bed as well!
-
The shower didn't drain well and the beds weren't very comfortable :-( Staff at check in was nice enough and location to the highway is good. There was enough grassy area for the dog which was nice.

Make sure you bring your phone charger (the block and cord). Also had to request a hair dryer.

The room stunk so bad the floors were dirty the tub fell apart in the middle of the night. And the front desk person was a jerk. Floors were sticky and there was dirt and dust behind e erything and hair
