Candlewood Suites Mesa Phoenix East by IHG

I like the property, it was beautiful. I like the setup for the suite I staying in for the most part. I didn't like how the freezer was leaking into the refrigerator and in the door was dirty with something spilled in it. Also, this beds were not queen's size beds and they were too, my back hurt the whole stay.

The charge was ultimately waived after I challenged it, but the inconsistent explanation made it feel dishonest. If it is a mandatory property fee, it should be clearly disclosed during booking rather than presented as a parking charge.

Can hear people above walking. Air conditioner showed an error, but we were still comfortable with the room temperature.

Room was clean. Hotel was nice, tvs had only very limited channels. Some were not available or had bad signal. There were not any extra pillows and blankets available for the pullout bed, but I’m sure a simple ask from the front desk could’ve been the solution. Other than that it was nice stay.

Top 5 hotel in phx - New hotel, clean. They do have pets and it was noise one night but they swapped our room no problem. I will book again

This was such a nice hotel to stay in. The staff was amazing, Rooms were very clean and beds so comfortable. We will stay here again .
