My Place Hotel-Phoenix East Mesa AZ

The room was wonderful and the staff were so kind. We were perfectly located between stores and restaurants. I would stay again no question.

Stayed here two nights. I would recommend a different stay

They refused to honor my 2 queen reservation for 4 adults. Said that rooms were subject to availability. Multiple customers were told the same. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was clean and there were plenty of pillows and towels. When I checked in the toilet paper and paper towels were almost gone and there were no spare rolls in the room. I had to ask for additional rolls.

Recommend staying here. Stores nearby as well.

minor- The alarm clock (very necessary for our life style) could not be set, no intuitive method, neither of two staff knew how to set it, no instructions in the room, requested wake-up call, agreed but failed to happen. Outcome: restless night worrying about making an early commitment.

Brand new hotel, very clean and modern extended stay style rooms. Helpful staff and breakfast in bed option

Checking in was very easy and very fast. It was very clean. It didn’t have a pool or a gym

Trash wasn't taken at all and either were towls replaced. Other than that everything else was great with no issues. I think part of the issue was new staff from what I was told after going to front desk. Over all no issues and place was really clean. The tempature inside the room stayed constant which for triple digit heat was very welcomed.

Nothing different

Accommodations were excellent. Beds were comfortable, spacious rooms, very clean. Restroom spacious and kitchenette beyond expectations. Full size refrigerator with freezer was exactly what I needed as I was transporting frozen goods in an ice chest . Would definitely recommend and stay again. Cost was most beneficial. Facility is nearby several restaurants and stores. Although off highway it was very quiet.

Room was big- lots of room. The kitchenette was a nice surprise. I would stay here again!

My husband and I were pleasantly impressed with the room! It was sparkling clean and ready for relaxing. We REALLY appreciated that…and for the price?? EXCELLENT! A definite must stay anytime were in the AZ

I believe we were the first guest to use the room; it was a brand new property.

Bed wasn't bad, we're used to sleeping on a softer bed.

Room overall was very clean and so.was the bathroom. AC worked fine. Staff was great also. Overall nothing to complain about except for one minor issue using the TV and casting apps. There was an option to cast your phone to the TV but it never seemed to work correctly

I checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Tuesday. No housekeeping was done, 4 day rotation. Nice that this place had a kitchenette in the room, close to where i wanted to go. Overall a nice experience.

Everything on the property was well maintained. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Our room had a full size refrigerator with sink and 2 burner counter top. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are cool the staff for my air conditioner was not really nice overall the whole experience was great

Very comfortable bed and great shower.
