The charge was ultimately waived after I challenged it, but the inconsistent explanation made it feel dishonest. If it is a mandatory property fee, it should be clearly disclosed during booking rather than presented as a parking charge.

Clean room comfortable beds . One night for airport did not use amenities

Room was clean. Hotel was nice, tvs had only very limited channels. Some were not available or had bad signal. There were not any extra pillows and blankets available for the pullout bed, but I’m sure a simple ask from the front desk could’ve been the solution. Other than that it was nice stay.

Top 5 hotel in phx - New hotel, clean. They do have pets and it was noise one night but they swapped our room no problem. I will book again

The Ac would cut off, and the heat would turn on ALL NIGHT. This hotel is located in Arizona 100 degrees. Was told we would get partial refund from not staying our entire stay to only be told later on that they could not. Disappointed in the staff for going back on their word.

I found pubic hair in bathroom next to toilet and in the shower. This was found when we first received the room. Hotel was unbothered to resolve the issue
