Manager on duty helped us out with low rate because I had missed my original check in because I booked the wrong date.

Clean Had a hard time checking in from Booking.com and had to rent and pay for the room additionally m the kitchen sink …. Also the hotel cleaner came knocking to 1O am on Sunday morning like a cop . I don’t appreciate it and then she was super rude about the whole situation

Young lady at check in was great, Check guy nowhere to be found. The A/C in the room was very loud; there was hair in ln the shower. The shelf where the bowls and glasses were dusty and need to be wipes down. The coffee is terrible, in the room and in the lobby. I was disappointed, but it is conveniently located off the freeway.

The hotel was clean, and quiet, the staff was great, the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay again!

Nice clean hotel with plenty of amenities. The only complaint is you can hear people above you if they have kids running around.

I didn't like how the freezer was leaking into the refrigerator and in the door was dirty with something spilled in it. Also, this beds were not queen's size beds and they were too, my back hurt the whole stay.

The charge was ultimately waived after I challenged it, but the inconsistent explanation made it feel dishonest. If it is a mandatory property fee, it should be clearly disclosed during booking rather than presented as a parking charge.

Can hear people above walking. Air conditioner showed an error, but we were still comfortable with the room temperature.
