Great stay! Nice location

Had a nice day at the Delta hotel. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was extremely friendly. Only problem was you could not get cold water to run in the shower so our showers were extremely hot downside to this hotel was that they didn’t offer free continental breakfast you had to pay for breakfast. Overall, the hotel was very nice. The employees were all very friendly and it was a nice stay.

Overall this property was great for our stay. Friendly staff, great location, etc. The bathrooms were a little bit cramped, the tub was clogged, and a few other minor things. They jumped right on it but that would be the only things.

Our rooms were not cleaned the entire three days we spent there

Always a great place to stay!

The room thermostat could only be adjust by the maintenance staff. The room was so cold the first night - temp was in low 50sF. We had to buy a comforter at a local store to stay warm.

Quick check in. Room was clean, but closet door didn't shut all the way. Could hear the pool radio from our room even though it was on opposite side from the pool. Walls are thin and kids were making noise during quiet hours.

Hotel wasn't bad, but after you brought your luggage from the parking lot, you have to then go back to your car to put a parking pass in it, return it, etc. The staff was super nice but the area is a little concerning, in my opinion.

Clean room & decent size for 2 queen beds. Pool was great but the hot tub was out of order during our stay. Family and kid friendly. Enjoyed the location which is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Near downtown Mesa and small local eateries for lunch or dinner.

One of the female staff (Danielle) was not very helpful at the front desk, then I reached out to the male staff and he was able to help with the same issue.

Commode was very low. I’m short so that says a lot. I have an allergy to feather and the pillows were changed to poly fill but the blanket was down and still very sensitive to that.

We went to a concert next door at Mesa Amphitheater and the hotel was so convenient, just a couple minutes walk. Staff were friendly, beds very comfortable.

The price, comfortable, and close to everything I needed to get too. Paying for breakfast, and laundry.

The room and beds are extremely cozy and comfortable. Nice location in proximity to downtown. I’d say it’s a little pricey for the location but otherwise would definitely stay again.
