Clean, quiet, safe, good parking

Our go to hotel when in the East Valley of Phoenix. Quiet, safe, clean, comfortable bed, great linens, close to restaurants and entertainment venues. Has 24 hour coffee in the lobby, and a K-cup machine in the room. Staff is friendly and professional. Nice pool and hot tub area. Mini fridge in room.

It was an amazing stay for us, very quite, excellent size rooms. The pool was A-1👌 had originally booked for 2nights, ended up staying another. Loved it, will be back again.

Overall the stay was awesome. Jt that they stopped the breakfast. At least Orange juice & fresh coffee. Not the ones in the room . Too little. But other than that rooms are very clean. We are from N.M & every time we travel to Arizona we always stay there.

Friendly staff

Easy check in. Rooms are clean. That the A/C was not working properly. Unit kept tripping off and on and not reaching temperature around round. Possibly could be that one of the beds is right in front of it and possibly short cycling the return air. So, room was hotter than would of preferred...

The property did not offer breakfast nor is there a microwave in the room, how ever the room did have a fridge and coffee maker. The room was very spacious and was perfect for our stay over all. The hotel is rather hidden on a one way street if you miss the sign you have to go and make a U-turn other then that the hotel had everything for a conformable stay

Quiet stay. Very clean room and well-maintained grounds. There was a mini-fridge in the room so that was nice.

I asked for towels, never got em. Hot water was not hot, was told wait until morning to shower. Jetted tub same issue, no microwave, No complimentary breakfast either! Some of this was shown as amenities, NOT!

Always clean, comfortable spacious rooms and friendly staff

I’m not handicap but the gave us a room that was. When I entered the room it had chemical smell. I told the front desk. He said oh that’s our cleaning products. The smell was tolerable once in the room. We woke up late for breakfast by 15 minutes. But the employee got use cereal and milk. Which was very nice. The pool looked so beautiful. But I never had time to swim. Maybe next time.
