Motel 6 Mesa, AZ - Downtown

The place was nasty bed didn’t even have fitted sheets had cockroaches everywhere! They didn’t provide towels or wash cloths or the small shampoo and soap the mattress itself was dirty

$400 for 6 nights - good deal Spend first night on floor due to bed bugs. compensation requests were all denied. Bedbug standard operating procedure is to move rooms and “spray.” Laundry is not considered.

While the staff is polite and professional, this is by far the most run down motel 6 I've ever been to. I won't be back to this one.

The TV didn't work. The toilet wouldn't flush The lamp was broken. There were no towels, soap or shampoo. There was a big hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. Cement or materials fell onto the floor. Something was coming out if the shower not was broken inside. A plumbing issue.. We asked for a different room. The front desk lady told us nothing else was available. She seemed to think it was normal. The only 2 good things about my stay there was they had coffee in the lobby the next morning. The beds were fine. Nothing was wrong with the sheets, blankets or pillows. My driver & I needed to stay the night after I moved to Mesa, Arizona from West Hollywood, California. We arrived later in the evening. I have stayed at different Motel 6 motels and was satisfied with my experience and often recommended them. This time something was terribly wrong. We should have been offered a different room. Or, it should be closed to the public. Not right at all. I believe I should be offered a refund or partial refund for being booked into an unfit room.

It was a nice stay but the TV did not work

I was given a room upstairs. And when I got into my room, neither the lights would turn on nor the air conditioning didn't work, so I went back to the office, they put me in another room downstairs. When I got into that room, the television did not work. There was no towels to shower with and the toilet also not working.The only thing good about it was the staff member on duty That night was very pleasant.Other than that , horrible stay would not recommend it.

I woke up the next morning with these bites all over my body that itched like there was no tomorrow come to find out I was bitten by bed bugs ! The staff was no help whatsoever did not even seem to care all they said is we can move you rooms but it a double so it’ll cost more ! That’s crazy I would expect them to comp a room or somthing

Everything was pretty good, it’s a quite neighborhood with many restaurants around, the room was pretty clean, quite motel, I have no complaints
