Quiet I can write a book on everything wrong but the main problem was there were a ton of roaches everywhere

The front desk was friendly, the ac worked good The room had blood smeared on the wall, they didn’t put any towels in the room, there was someone’s old soap bars in the shower

Nice location especially if you have dogs. Jessica was amazing such a sweet lady and always right there and ready to help when you need it! She def made out stay a lot more enjoyable Next to the tram train and that’s annoying to listen to but other than that I enjoyed the stay

Location is great The cleanliness of the rooms and lack of costumer service and the way they just don't care about their guests experience and they comfort from the co- owners to the house keeping.. And I've also never had cockroaches crawling on the walls and dead cockroaches on the ground with bug spray that never got clean and when you let the front desk know and the co-owners of this establishment know that you don't have any towels or any clean bedding that the bugs are crawling up the walls and literally can show them pictures of all this and you can show them pictures of the bug spray from whatever they had put on the property floor that had dead bugs with it in dirty everything tell you that there's nothing that they are going to do for you or refund your money that's a problem in my book never in my life have I experienced such poor management or housekeeping in my life nor will I refer anybody to this property whatsoever for the lack of care and concern for their guests and their business
