Clean room

There was spacious parking available. There was a lot of minor noise issues that staff did not address . But we overlooked them. Most of the stuff was good, but there were some that were less than helpful. My breakfast was always the same and out of things the longer we stayed and it became less of a pleasant experience. The pool wasn’t opened for a few days was never cleaned when we were here during our two weeks day and we were without water twice for a period of a few hours apiece without any notice. It was not a very pleasant experience after staying for several days.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the property was well maintained. They offered excellent amenities and the pool was very nice.

My family and I stayed for a week and our experience was very pleasant. The pool was great and family friendly. We had a great breakfast daily that was always plentiful and offered a variety of items for everyone. The rooms were clean and spacious and welcoming to our fur babies. We were close to the metro and all that Mesa has to offer. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Clean No workers speak English and they thought I refused cleaning services, and accused me of giving someone a cat (which I didn't). However I did have kittens but I got them rehomed on Friday or Saturday evening. I admitted to my cats (cats are not allowed) and apologized and told the manager I got rid of them. But due to lack of communication with maid (who didn't understand me at all and me her) they said I had to leave.

Location was good for purpose of my visit. Too much noise from other guests. Coming and going all hours of the night.

Clean and quiet. Need to bringnon a hot breakfast with eggs and meat Diabetics can't eat continental but you can't please everyone. No wheelchair help.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a very good hot breakfast provided.

Room was clean and air was nice and cold, problem was the soda vending machine was all out of drinks. Other than that place was nice would stay again

Clean room wasn’t clean… found a bug… so told staff.. was supposed to clean the room.. was told they did… they lied.. staff was ok other than that… breakfast was good for the most part… air conditioning I was cold.. but my son.. loved the cold lol
