Upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel rooms were being renovated. I was in a renovated room, which was quite nice. However, the trim in the hallway was painted during my stay, so paint fumes were in the hallway, along with painters and other equipment, which made navigating to the elevator somewhat difficult. I visited the spa where I received excellent service. However, the spa pool was closed for resurfacing. The hotel pool was open. I was notified of the pool closure before my trip; however, I was unable to change the dates I desired to travel. This trip was for relaxation.

The newly renovated rooms have lost all softness and the new floor makes the room echo. There are no more smoking rooms but the room still smelled like cigarettes. It would be nice if they kept some of the smoking rooms.

The pool closed way to early to enjoy it but other than that I have no complaints

The AC unit is very loud. This was the only drawback we found.

Clean and comfortable the pool was great. Staff were accommodating and helpful.

The sink wouldn’t drain and sewer smell in the room and the temperature was uncontrollable it was hot cold all night

We loved Casablanca. The room was of ample size and the bed was comfortable. The parking was good and convenient. The staff was very friendly. There are various reasonable restaurants on Prem. We would definitely stay here again.

Bring back the old Casa Blanca Since the remodel your nickel and dimed to death I will be staying elsewhere

Breakfast at the diner was delicious and the staffs was very attentive. Toilet seat pinched. Spa being renovated so there was no spa amenities.

room was dirty, found food,wrappers, 2 year old valentine's card, pills, dusty and candy when moving mattress to get a electrial outlet for a cpap

The staff are friendly, pool is excellent. It’s close to shopping. Katherine’s had the best French dip I have ever had. The spa… Alan and Misty gave great massages!! Pool closes at 7pm. The bath tub was old and stained, kinda creeped me out a little bit. No fitted bed sheet which exposed the mattress a couple times. Only two pillows on the bed… and they were flat as pancakes.

Very nice pool but closes way too early,. I left my swim suit and wanted to pick it up and texted and emailed them but no reply.

Great hotel, amazing pool, very good restaurants. My husband and I really enjoyed our trip at CasaBlanca Resort and Casino.

Nice place. My only complaint is the long walk to the room. The bed was too soft but ok.
