We didn’t get our room clean because according to them we where far from the cleaning ladies and they didn’t have time to clean it did talk to front desk and gave us late check in thou.

Casablanca is wonderful! Good for couples and families.

The room was really dark and smelt like mildew. The shower dripped nonstop. The sheets were stained. There was dust around the tv and dresser. The shower was covered in hair and so was the bathroom floor.

Pool was very nice.

My room was terrible. The toilet would not flush until attempted 5 times. The AC unit worked but was very loud and kept me up at night. The entertainment study the pool was excellent and I liked the restaurants, especially Kathrins.

I filled out a form with the Security Department because I wanted to make a formal complaint! Bottom line, nobody could care less that I had only a couple of hours sleep. The front desk were pathetic. Needless to say, I won’t be staying at this hotel again!!

We were able to get early check in which is always a plus. The pool was wonderful. Room is very spacious. Noise during the day but they were doing construction and it really didnt bother us Very quiet at night.

The pool was clean and very nice. I thought it should have been open later than 8:00 pm. They were doing construction by replacing the flooring which was not great but understandable. I was not impressed by how far our room was from the elevator.
