Nice clean comfortable. Only little ding to it was the shower had no pressure and couldn’t adjust the water heat very easy

The elevator was filthy.

The shower pan was dirty and there was dust, dirt and someone else's dental floss and private hair on the bathroom floor. The reception staff did not offer any compensation at all. Just said sorry, we will notify maintenance. On a positive note, the buffet staff were very accommodating and personable.

There does not seem to be adequate soundproofing between the floors of the rooms. The sound of the footsteps of the person in the room above ours was very loud—so loud that it woke us up at 6 am.

This was a lovely stay, a step above most Hamptons. It also had nice, helpful staff. Well maintained. Would make a point of going back to this location.

Front desk lady was very welcoming and gave all kinds of information to help us in our stay. Everything was extremely clean and the breakfast was exceptional.

The location was close the supermarket and local restaurants. The property was well maintained; our stay was satisfied.

Place was reasonably clean but older. Breakfast was really good and a bit of a surprise. Rooms were okay but zero housekeeping service - had to go to main desk for towels and toilet paper. Good location

Over all the service, the staff, amenities and breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was for those who stay longer than one night, the room cleaning service is done every other day.

Great value for your money. Restroom was a little musty. Elevators definitely slow. But you can’t beat this hotel which includes breakfast and centrally located to all casinos. So nice to see people getting the value for their money. I will return.
