The elevators and hallways were run down and dirty. The room itself was clean-ish. The shower floor was stained badly and the shower dripped loudly onto a metal grate for 30 minutes after wash use.

Away from the main city. Quiet. Easy access on and off highway. Kind staff.

We checked out early in the morning around 4:30 and there wasn't any luggage carts available to help with all of our stuff! It would have been nice if they had some back-up carts.

Nice place easy access to dining and good breakfast and pool is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of driving. We have dogs too and it really helps to have grassy area and shade for them.

When we arrived it was 114 degrees. The cool shower and snack pantry held us until the sun went down and we headed out to the pool area with waterfall. So lovely. You had to dunk your head occasionally to keep the heat off your head, even after dark. Great room. Great breakfast.

First room had roaches, pool was a mess with half construction, breakfast was fine.

My only feedback was that the towels are pretty rough and scratchy, but such a minor detail in such an amazing stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked for an additional chair in our room. Room clean and comfortable. My biggest complaint is that I am almost 6’ tall with painful, arthritic knees. Your close to the floor toilets are torture for me. So I reserved handicap rooms and that helped. Unfortunately, the mattresses on the beds in the 1st handicap room we stayed in were too hard and seemed in need of replacement. The 2nd time we were there the beds in the handicap room were much better. Overall, we are pleased with Hampton Inn and Suites.

We were only staying one night so didn't have time to check out all the amenities but this hotel had what we needed. Great beds, open lobby, good breakfast!

While in the area, this hotel is always one of the best places to stay. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is standard type. Always good.

Room was clean and cool for an overnight stay while traveling. Staff was friendly and breakfast had a variety of items to begin the day. We would definitely stay there again
