I was pleasantly surprised on how clean it was and how nice the lobby was. The Inn smelled like flowers and the staff was so welcoming. It’s really cute how they welcome your dogs with a goodie bag.

it was a very nice place. We will stay there again. The pool was nice. The rooms were nice.

The kids game room and arcade had no air conditioning so was hot and couldn’t stay in very long . Pool was warm as a bath on a 119* day. Hallway to rooms carpets were dirty and torn at seams.

The room was clean and staff was super friendly. The only thing was getting in a super hot elevator after being outside is not good, I understood that they are in the middle of renovating the pool area but I don't know if that has something to do with it. As for breakfast..im not sure they had any.. we weren't told anything about it at check in. But im super excited to see the finished renovation of the pool area and im sure to be back with my kids!

Staff were nice. Room smelled like dog pee. I was upgraded supposedly to this room. Doors did not close on the dresser or in the fridge area. I thought the microwave was going to break. Property under total construction. Room was too warm. Toilet plugged up. Towels looked grungy. Did not know property was under construction.

We weren’t aware the property was under construction until we got there. We stayed in a bunk room, which worked well for our family of 5. There was no mini fridge which would have been VERY helpful, as well as a desk area. The pool wasn’t bad, but the jets didn’t work in the hot tub. All of the outer doors were unlocked and didn’t require a key card, which didn’t feel very safe. We stayed for one night, and it was fine for what we needed. Should be really nice once it’s finished.

A lazy river and a new restaurant coming. The only bad thing..the battery in our fire alarm beep at night.

Hotel is currently under construction, but you wouldn’t even realize it, because the property is so clean and well maintained. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Grace checked us in, and she was great! I can’t say enough nice things about her. She was a pleasure and really set the precedent. Amazing stay! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying here again!
