I really like the staff that works at the hotel. Everybody was so nice and so helpful and every which way I went to the restaurant, they were helpful. We went to the casino. They were helpful. This is a very special hotel and thank you so much for letting me staying there

I was NOT happy and I was told it was unusual to find them on the second floor level! But they do show up in June and July, especially around the pool. No one reached out or did anything for us. I will NOT be back and I picked the place because it DID have such good reviews.

The room smell like sewer fumes. Cleaning woke me up, after I put a do not disturb sign on door handle. No next time for me !
