This was a very nice hotel and very affordable for the area. Great free breakfast. Hot tub and pool. Very clean and older style room. Staff were very pleasant. Perfect stay for the cost.

I stay here all the time, normally no issues. But room 4303 was terrible. The beds and pillows sucked. The airconditioning did not maintain even temp, if it went off it wouldnt come back on, on its own. And the room was so loud. I swear if anyone in the whole building used water you could here it and the pipes squeaked so loud. Zero sleep!

The only place to stay in Mesquite!

Actually, booked this room for family members that were visiting. They stayed one night and checked out early and booked a room at a different hotel. They were ground floor and had a freeway of roaches running in and out of the room under the door. I felt so bad that I had out them in this hotel. I was totally embarrassed. Since the new ownership purchased the Virgin River and Casablanca properties they have both gone downhill fast.

We like staying there when we drive trough going to California. We miss having coffe makers in the room.

Why was I charged twice for security fee of $ 50???

Nothing but amazing words for this hotel, for $50/night is exceeds my expectations. The hotel is clean (although the dim lights could be improved) it is quiet, it is well maintained and everything went really smooth.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. No coffee pot in the room. The only amenities were the little packets of soap and an all- purpose soap dispenser in the shower. The soap dispenser in the shower was apparently shampoo and body cleanser. Absolutely ridiculous. This is why I always travel with my own toiletries. The room was comfortable for a two night stay. We didn't spend all day in the room. We only came back to sleep at night. I would stay here again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, but there wasn’t enough plugs for all of our Hearing aids, iPad and phones and there was no refrigerator

It was clean and easy check in and out process. Disappointed they didn’t have a refrigerator or enough plug for our phones and iPads, etc..

The motel is old, so you can't expect it to be spectacular. It was very standard. It was as clean as it could be. I have no complaints really though, very much served it's purpose for the price. The only thing I don't love is that it's not connected to the casino.
