Room charge not explained , will not come back

I only spent an hour in the room other than going to bed. The total majority of my time was spent away from the hotel. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The shower did not have a soap dish and also did not have a grab bar. I had to put my soap on the floor to continue washing my body. Also the TV remote and the TV were not customer friendly. You click on the show that you want to watch and it takes you to something else or it just sits there.

I was extremely pleased with the assistance from the front desk staff upon check-in. On a different note I reported an electrical problem with a floor lamp to the Cleaning staff while she was cleaning our room to prepare for the second day of our stay. This issue was not important to me, but I didn’t notice that it was not repaired during the second day of our stay. Overall, I was very pleased with our accommodations.
