I put the do not disturb sign on the door and left for the day only to come back to the do not disturb sign being removed and my room being serviced by the cleaners. I specifically put that sign so that no one would enter the room and they blatantly ignored it and came in to the room anyways. What is the point of having the sign if it was going to be ignored anyways.

I like lobby Definitely cleansing, the clothes bed was dirty i have to ask for clean sheets and cover, also they delayed like 40 minutes or more to resolve this problem; i can't give 5 stars reception was great

We were given a room with the AC not working. It was 102 degrees and the room showed 85 inside. Staff did come to look at it and were supposed to return and nobody did until I called again. Then they moved us rooms. It took more than 4 hours.

Breakfast OK. Rooms are poorly isolated, each noise from the streets gets into the room, nearly each night some kind of noise woke me up.

It’s not as nice as it used to be. It’s a little old and rundown. The room I was given was extremely rundown. Paint was peeling the sink overflowed very rundown

The location is really good Needs maintenance the bathrooms are old and needs to be upgraded and the gut Martin in the front desk he had a very bad attitude like he hate his job!

Property was very clean, the parking area on the east side was fenced, covered and had a security guy there every time we went out there. The staff were plenty several spoke English as that was nice my Spanish isn’t that great. Staff were very friendly . Definitely worth the price $142 after tax for a king size bed . Felt very safe Nothing was disliked
