This is by far the best hotel in mexicali , and I’ve stayed at a few! Awesome customer service , great food and rooms were comfortable. The pool area is clean and relaxing Nothing!! 10/10 all around top hotel in Mexicali

Location. Keys kept deactivating and I had to go to the front l desk multiple times throughout my stay even when I ensured the were not near my phone. It was an inconvenience because my room was on opposite sides. They did give me a 10 % discount which at this point was appreciated.

The restaurant at the front was great. The room was nice and clean and cool. Outside is a tad bit outdated, needs a little clean up.

Clean facilities. The valet was super friendly. Checking in was easy and fast. Parking is gated and there’s plenty of space. They have a nice bar newly renovated. A Starbucks right there. They have 2 pools. And buffet in Sunday. Kids pool and adults pool lol. Since they have 2 it would have been nice as I was with a group of friends in a bachelorette.

The location is perfect! So many amenities on the property! The heated pool! The king room was amazing! The bed and pillows where chefs kiss!

The staff were professional and attention to detail. Very friendly too. Pool area was great and the returaunts were nice. I have no negative feeling towards the staff or surrounding community.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable but the blanket was too thin. It seemed like just a flat sheet. Also did not have hotel slippers.
