I ASKED FOR A TV BECOUSE I NEED TO WACH THE NEWS AND THE FRONT DESK NEBER SENT ME A TV CONTROL No tv comtrol

Everything was amazing, and my family loved it. Kid friendly, safe and the best part so all staff was very attentive. Food was delicious.pool was clean.

Everything was great just like there remodeling it’s a little confusing to find the reception

Value, location, bed. Street noise, railroad train noise. Not enough bath towels, shower floor towel missing. The bathroom floor gets wet with the shower door opening.

Nothing it was under construction Everything it was under construction they AC WASNT WORKING IT WAS SUPER HOT AND THE SHOWER WATER WAS COLD NO HOR WATER AT ALL

Property is clean and being renovated. Going to say it’s been a nice upgrade.

Estuvo bien They where remodeling

Nothing the bed were really uncomfortable hard like a rock. I had requested to change room and didnt mind if I had to pay more and they refused. They said hotel was full but yet parking place was empty. The dining room was really dirty. Someone had drop a spoon and staff just picked it up and place it back on the food trail after it was dropped and stepped by a client.

Really appreciate the people that worked cleaning and bringing the milk to my room, they were very nice and polite, but I do not appreciate the people on the counter... they were kind of rude: one time the elevator was broken and me and two other girls had to take the stairs, and when I came to tell them, the guy at the counter simply said "oh yeah" the elevator just broke down... didn't apologize, didn't bother to look at me.. I don't appreciate that, I'm a paying customer and I don't know if I'm going to come back to your hotel.. also the construction noise was very annoying I appreciate the people to cleaned up my room And brought me room service.. Like I said before, they were very polite

Very irresponsible and they charge me the cancelation.. they cancel for me I didn't cancel I have issues w the location i call 3x to ask for support and they put me on hold for 1hrs. Never help me I have to move on to diferent hotel when I finically contact costumer service I explain my situation.. thet charge me 126dll for no show up at the hotel... very Bad experience out in inplace I don't know..

The rooms are big and the location Old

I cant wait to see the new changes to the hotel I travel from California and sometime I just don't make it to the check in at 3pm and I've never had a problem checking in late and my room not being available but this time around I checked in late and I was taken back that my rooms had been given to someone else and that all that was left was King size beds when I had reserved for 2 Beds. I travel from afar and I want to be comfortable and relaxed. My family and myself had to sleep all together in one bed. Yes the next day they accommodated me to the rooms I had reserved too.
