Clean in general. Good service. Good area. Room and shower clean. Comfortable bed. Good morning buffet: fresh fruits, cereals, good coffee ☕, and tasty breakfast. Will recommend for business or weekends. Restroom door taps with toilet, not open wide free. Dripping shower.

No parking available, beds are too small noise level from outside.

Great location, great breathless, clean rooms and very courteous staff Bed was a little small I used to Queen or king,also bid hard.

I like how the room was and how nice the employees were. Not enough pillows and I wish the have decaf and regular coffee available even if they decide to sell it.

Staff Price changed from 138 to 189 it was ridiculous when I had booked in at 138 already but I needed the hotel so I said he’ll they got me here.

It was very clean, and there’s a Starbucks 200 feet away from the front entrance! Rooms are a little small, parking is not ample, no entrance from parking lot.

The location of the property was perfect, the staff was incredible, breakfast was bomb and everything was super clean. The room tempeture took alot of time to get cool, mexicali is a super hot city, i think they should work on that situation.

Location clean breakfast Nothing

It was not clean, the sheets where dirty and the towels were so old and gray looking. It was very bad

The breakfast was okay. The coffee was okay. There was mold and a bug in the shower and I asked the housekeeper if she could clean the mold and remove the bug. The housekeeper was upset with me asking and stated she needed acid to clean the mold. The mold was never cleaned. I don’t know what is required to remove mold but a chain hotel should be able to provide the acid or whatever needed. I felt like the room was clean but still feel dirty and I don’t understand the shoe scuff marks on the wall.

I liked the 'guy' in the register, he was cute.

Front desk was not busy. Customer service agent was sitting in a corner on the phone. We waited 15 mimutos before being checked in. We were not told how to use the. Elevator. He was seeing us struggle did not offer help. We had to ask him for help then he looked mad because he had to go out of his way to help us . The beds are very sparse only two very small scruffy pillows no blanket just sheets. There was 1 bath towel in the bathroom no hand towels or washcloths. This is not acceptable for the price. Clean modern excellent location Nothing

Check in and out were easy, I was able to book on the same day of my stay and location is great with lots of walkable restaurants and coffee shops. There was several options for parking and breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The floor on my room was starting to peel off, there was only soap on the bathroom (all the bottles said shower gel and they looked to be the same content). The comforter is very thin and there is no other blanket.
