Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Sunny Isles Beach

The hotel, staff, rooms and food are top notch. The staff from the front desk, bartender,waiters and room attendant were so pleasant and provided great service. The room was very nice, clean facility and close to the beach. My amazing ocean view made it one of my favorite hotels of all time. So veey nice.

Excellent location! Really nice facilities! The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Nice staff! The hotel doesn’t have parking, only valet service. The service was not very good, you had to wait a lot of time to get your car, as there was only one person to bring your car and sometimes several hotel guests waiting.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

There are mandatory destination and valet parking fees that are very high. It is not obvious from the ad. That is a downside. It also is not right on the beach.

Everything was perfect, the only thing is that the front staff must be more trained. The woman who attended us didn't ask about our reservation. And she charged us twice! When we said that we had already paid everything in advance he saw that he had made a mistake so we have to wait 1 week for them to return the charges he made and apart from that they do not have control who grabs things from the small market they have at the reception because someone took things to our room and they had charged it to our account and they were things that we did not even take. I think the reception staff should be more trained. The people who are in the restaurant to help with breakfast super friendly and always attentive for whatever you need. I found the hotel very good and super nice it is located in an excellent area near the beach that we also loved. We really want to go back so we hope to do it soon!

Valet parking was problematic and often negatively impacted the traffic flow through the pretty small drop off/pick up area, worse yet when rain was falling. Some front desk staff could have a better attitude and be more service oriented.

The rooms were not welcoming. There was dust on almost everything. The vents, baseboards,even the service phone located outside of the elevators. The hotel desk associates were very friendly.

I had a very spacious room. A good view of the ocean from my room. I ate at the restaurant at night and I enjoyed their grilled salmon. The bartenders were friendly and explained about the two free drinks nightly. I enjoyed this trip even if one day it rained cats and dogs.

Rooftop Pool was amazing. Very Clean rooms. Breakfast was average but overall stay was great!!

Excellent value for money. Rooms are always clean and the breakfast is good. The location and amenities are also good and the price is very fair. It was a great experience. Coming back for sure!

Charge what you need to charge when you place the price per night but don’t make guests pay extra when you’re already there and can’t change the reservation to another place.
