Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Sunny Isles Beach

Room was spacious and very well stocked. Staff was friendly, food and drinks at the restaurant were very good. Valet situation could have been organized better

Be ready to pay a hefty price for parking. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay. Dine out, at those prices the food is subpar. They say they take you to the beach in a golf cart. They dont. They take you down 2 blocks and dump you at the intersection. Then you cross the avenue frogger style to then walk a ways to the ugly beach. There they get you you pay more for an umbrella. Then you have to walk all of the way back. Aside from all of that, the price for the room is decent just be ready to pay $100 more for "amenities".

Had such a lovely experience here it made me want to move to Sunny Isles! The hotel staff was amazing!! Shout out to the from desk staff especially Cheyanne!!!! Perfectly located just across from the beach (the hotel could do with better signs to access the beach though and info on how to get access to beach chairs. That was an unsolved mystery). There are lots of great restaurants nearby and of course shopping options are plentiful with Aventura Mall just nearby.

Convenient location. Nice pool. Spacious rooms. Resort fee amenities include beach chairs and towels. $45 per day extra for valet parking as the only option to park without much trouble. You also have to pay extra for the umbrella in the beach (even though chairs and towels are included).

Everyone should know that you will not have wifi in your room, and they know about it, request a refund for the internet charge until they fix the problem.

Amazing hotel. Great pool area with excellent bartenders and food. We stay 3-4 times per year at this hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Kevin the general manager is always available and ready to assist as well. Will continue to stay at this hotel when in the area.

We were taken care of by Nick at the front desk who was extremely helpful to ensure we had a great stay. This gentleman is very friendly, customer focused, takes the time to explain the hotel and amenities and is, in our opinion, a great asset to this hotel. We will gladly return to this hotel. This hotel is close to the beach across the street. The pool on the 9th floor is rather large with crystal clear water and very enjoyable. The pool area has an ocean view. We had a great time and highly recommend this hotel. There is a mandatory destination charge of around $30 per night that includes 2 drinks for each night you stay (not each day) and includes beach chairs and some other minor stuff. This is ok for one, maybe two nights but it really is a hidden profit maker for Marriott because you cannot opt-out. Valet Parking is almost mandatory unless you want to walk really far. Parking fees vary depending on your vehicle but can set you back over $45 per night when you travel in an SUV.
