It was overall an okay property. Beach was nice, restaurant was extremely overpriced, aspects of hotel needs updating.

My biggest concern when travelling is pet friendly and we were very welcome here with my toy poodle. Great hotel for young families, pet parents and the beach accessibility couldn’t be better. Thank you all the hotel staff, looking forward to returning

Quiet private beach was amazing. Also enjoyed the sauna, gym and steam room.

Room very clean. Bed dry, white clean sheets, & very comfortable for a beach front hotel. Shower head too big and water always on floor. Location right on beach with complimentary umbrella, chairs and towels set up for you. Great location, walked down the street to Walgreens and a breakfast place. It wasn’t super fancy but it was sufficient. 1503b great ocean view. 30 minutes from Miami airport. 25 from Hard Rock Stadium.

Property was conveniently located to Good eats Check in: The front desk seemed less attentive during our arrival. While handing over the room key, the staff member spoke the room number aloud, which could pose a security risk if anyone nearby had heard. It was fortunate, no one did. We were not given the WiFi password and had to call the desk to obtain it. The person working valet assisted other people with their bags as they were coming out. When it came to us, the individual stared at us and later asked “you need help?” While remaining seated. Not a big deal but the inconsistency was noted. Room: The room (partial ocean view) was noticeably smaller than expected, particularly compared to the photos. It served its purpose during our stay, so we adapted. The toilet initially failed to flush due to a lack of water, requiring us to pour water into it the first night; the issue resolved itself later. Overall clean room with a great view! Restaurant: The prices are on the higher end, but the staff were very friendly and excellent. They made the experience feel great, and the food was delicious. I would recommend any meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Beach workers: The team was outstanding - from food and drink runners to towel staff. They were a great group and very welcoming; we wish them the best in future endeavors. Pro: Hotel staff were accommodating with check-in and check-out times. The hotel smelled clean and pleasant. Great location and the beach scene was more about relaxing which was something we were looking forward to do. Con: The main disappointment was attention to detail. I noted in my booking that we were celebrating a milestone anniversary. Knowing details can be missed, I called the evening before to mention our excitement about the milestone anniversary and spoke with someone at the front desk. When we arrived or any point in the stay, it was not acknowledged.

Great hotel, beautiful location with private beach and personal chairs. Room service and beach service which is quick and tasty ! I had a great time despite parking being the worst thing. Valet is the only option unless parking miles away and walking to the hotel! Other than that , great stay.

I absolutely LOVED my suite, the room was clean, it smelled amazing, the hand soap and lotion smelled amazing, the hotel needs to sell it, that’s how good it smells. The hotel was so quiet, the staff was very professional and helpful, My bedroom was awesome and the views were BEAUTIFUL!!! I highly recommend this hotel, I definitely will be booking again very soon.

The room was clean and exactly as described. Their staff were very friendly and very helpful. The balcony had the most beautiful beach and ocean view. The beach was amazing

2 double bed room was on the small side for 2 adults, however the view made up for the lack of space. Staff was friendly and helpful, overall stay was amazing

Exceptional

The rooms were clean, housekeeping came in everyday and straightened up our room. The staff was very attentive and helpful and responsive to all of our wants and needs.

I loved the views and location. Food was good too. Car parking pulling up to the hotel was little difficult and always backed up.

The decor was beautiful and cozy! The bellman were great. Beautiful views and balcony. Staff was rude. My suite had mold in the bathroom. My toilet would barely flush. There was dust accumulation on sides of bed and night stand. Staff kept giving me one face towel and suite was booked for 2 guest. The beach staff was rude especially the girl that works the hut.

The oceanfront suites are spacious and contemporary. And comfortable. The full bathroom and half bathroom awesome. The full kitchen is awesome . The wrap around balcony is awesome has well. The ocean front view is second to none . Outstanding staff. Outstanding beaches. The area is good your 10 mins from adventura mall. Restaurants and lounges. Walking distances to markets and liquor stores. Its all there . The sole miami delivers !
