The beach, view, new rooms and hotel front desk staff = were great! We could've seen more of the beach staff for drinks and food while on the beach. The guys at the little beach hut with the chairs and umbrellas were amazing!! The renovations of the new hotel in general ( besides taking away the locker room we've ALWAYS used when flying out to get ready for a flight was no longer there and we werent given a heads up so we had to spread all of our stuff out in the main bathroom and lobby......that wasnt great) were awesome. Thanks for coordinating our trip.

However, I was disappointed with several things during our stay. The rooms are not cleaned daily, and our towels and bed sheets were not changed for three days. My biggest concern was the lack of security around the pool area. There were intoxicated people entering the pool in their underwear, and there was no security staff around to intervene. It also seems that the hotel sells day passes for pool access, which may be contributing to this situation. I was staying with my young children, and we felt very uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe. Another downside is that there is basically nowhere to get food at the hotel in the evening. Although the location is good and the staff were kind, because of these issues, especially the lack of security and cleanliness, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

I visited this hotel a few years ago invited by my family and I liked it. Now that I knew they were renovating I decided to book two nights. I made the reservation thought Expedia with the right pictures of my room 1025 but with the description of 1 king bed with 1 sofa bed queen size. I even checked though the app the night before to make sure everything was like that . The day arrive and I called around 2-3 hours before the time I arrived at the hotel to make sure they place the crib of my baby in the room. When I arrive at the hotel at 5:20 pm around, 1 hour later even of the regular check in time the crib was not at the room yet and for my surprise the sofa of the room was not sofa bed either. The man of the reception tried to help us but by that time they didn’t have available rooms with queen sofa beds, he was kind and gave us resort fee and $100 dollars for the food, but at the end of the day my mom had to sleep in a single bed. Also there is part of the general service that is not good. One of the sheet they gave us was ton they gave us was torn, and the description in Expedia about the breakfast was also wrong. You don’t pay $25-30 per person for the breakfast, it is by menu. On top of that one of the days we went to the beach, it was around 3 pm and they were collecting the sun loungers because of the weather, but the truth is that around an hour before there was no rain and no thunder and no wind, and the people were going to the beach. That service close at 5 pm.

Everything was great! Incredible staff. Immaculately clean rooms. Pool and beach just outside the lobby. What else can anyone ask for?

No me gustó que llegue sobre las 2:00 pm y no tenían supuestamente lista ninguna habitación, y cuando nos avisaron a las 4:00 pm resulta que casualmente la habitación que reservé con vista al mar y balcón no la tenían y me tuvieron que dar una sin vista alguna, también pasó que estábamos en la piscina y aún no cerraba y cuando nos avisaron que teníamos que salir y fuimos a buscar nuestras toallas ya las habían recogido sin comunicárnoslo y no teníamos con que secarnos un poco y habiendo buen aire

Es bonito el hotel y buena decoración, pero en los cuartos todo se escucha tanto del pasillo como a los vecinos. Desafortunadamente tuvimos que escuchar ruidos que no son adecuados para mí niña. También se escuchan ruidos de taladros por la mañana.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great from top to bottom.
