Best Western Plus Miami Executive Airport Hotel & Suites

We got there early and after short wait we were able to check in early.

It was a two night stay. Check in was smooth. They had our reservation and we were even given a credit to use before check out. The room was spacious and very clean. Our complimentary breakfast was very satisfying. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a wonderful overnight stay. Ample outside parking which is very important to me because I drive 2025 Ram 3500 Dooley aka my baby and she needs lots of room based on her size. The room was spacious and clean. The soft lighting works for a majority of people but I’m a bright light/daylight lighting kind of chick. The fridge came in clutch because I was able to keep my Le Croix sparkling water cold. Breakfast was nice as well but unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish so I wasn’t able to communicate with the breakfast attendant. BUT she was very polite, sweet and worked very hard to complete her work duties with a smile on her face. For hotel guests that did speak Spanish she was able to assist them with no problem. Overall it’s a great hotel and worth the stay. And I would book it again 😊

I never heard of this hotel before and was apprehensive with it being a Best Western, but we caught a good deal and I couldn’t resist. Love the Kendall area that it’s in! A nearby everything you need - food, shopping, groceries, gas etc. You really won’t need to come outside the area. Very different vibe than the rest of Miami, super chill but still very modern. The rooms were very clean, the shower was nice and spacious with excellent water pressure and super hot. Good sized smart tv, ac was very comfy, the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Parking was always available near the door as well which was a super plus! They received all of my packages safely and there was no fee either. Would definitely come back again!

Front desk was courteous and helpful. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and warm. Overall a good stay and would return.

Very clean Hotel, in a great location!

The hotel was beautiful and clean and the breakfast was amazing. I almost missed out on that because the room i was given did not match the pictures on the site. I went to clarify i was given the right room but the guy at the front desk didn't have a great attitude. His solution was for him to cancel my night and I book the one I wanted and pay more. I had to contact hotels.com and they tried to be really helpful but they needed to contact the property and couldn't. I personally watched that same guy answer the phone multiple times and tell people he would place them on a brief hold and never pick up that call again. He did it multiple times. I got to watch him for a long time because check in was very slow and so was a long wait even though only one person was before me. I told him according to my status on hotels.com I qualified for a free upgrade if it was available and he wanted to see proof and was still reluctant. Finally I said I don't need an upgrade just a different room because I didn't like that particular one. I didn't like it because the TV is to the side of the bed so you couldn't relax and watch it which was my husband and mu plan for the night. He finally said ok I'll give you the upgrade but this took almost 2 hours to sort. After all that though the room we got was lovely and clean and comfortable. The girl at the front desk the next morning was really sweet and the stay was worth it.

People are not helpful trying to get hot tea and lady was rude to even help in lobby. Smells old and dusty
