The front desk staff was helpful in getting us checked in to four separate rooms. Our reservation was made through one card, and it appeared to give us problems with multiple transactions, but the gentleman at the front was very helpful and kind.

Very helpful staff and clean and spare rooms

This is a good choice hotel that provides you with all you need for a short stay + complimentary parking and good breakfast.

Great staff, 24 hour coffee, and breakfast. Location appears remote but we were within 15 minutes of desired destinations due to easy access to the turnpike extension. Rates were a bargain for all that you get. We will be back!

I had a hard time finding the hotel. Waze was taking me to a different location. It is in industrial part of town. No dinning options.

The hot tub was closed General property condition is below average. Needs updating. Just looks tired. Staff was pleasant Breakfast was good. Overall, I’d check other options.

My first experience in 2024 was good, which is why we decided to stay there a second time in July 2026; however, the experience was terrible. Room 424 did not meet the standards required even for a one-star hotel: the bathroom walls and floors were in poor condition, the carpet smelled bad, and it was dirty under the beds.

I liked the free breakfast. Didn't like that there were two elevators and one seem to be not working. The hotel sits a block or two away from busy street and it's easy to drive by it without seeing the road to take.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn for one night (7/25-26/2026). I was attending a friend's birthday party. As far as my room, the room NEEDS an update. Need to pay close attention to the BATHROOM. There were pink mildew on the shower walls and tub. The floors were stained. To me, they look dirty. Yes, I had some unwanted guess. There were two from what I saw (that's two to many for me). I will give them credit for the downstairs lobby area. It was clean and had ample space.

The quality of food in the breakfast can be better. The facilities and the room are ok.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming, professional, and attentive, making me feel valued throughout my visit. The excellent customer service and attention to detail truly made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
