The staff provided exceptional, attentive service, and our accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and clean. We particularly enjoyed the organization with the pick ups and drop offs at the airport, everything was exceptionally clean, which made our time with you even more enjoyable. The location is good, the air-conditioning is awesome The walls are super thin so you can hear everything in the other rooms, I didn't slept well cause the apartment on top of mine was super noisy all night long.

Just one night stay to go in cruise out of Port of Miami next day. Good area. Clean, spacious room. 24/7 reception so staff was on-site and very hospitable at check-in. Only deterant was limited parking spaces.

Great service!, the room very clean in general, the air conditioner and the shower were working good as well as the other appliances. The price for a king bedroom for 2 people and 2 nights was very cheap taking into consideration how close the hotel is from Downtown Miami, key Biscayne and Miami Beach

The front desk lady was so nice and definitely made me feel welcome! The room was clean and the atmosphere felt like I was in the Caribbeans!
