One day the shower temperature was cold. Also, they wanted to charge for checking in earlier when they had available rooms.

Good room for a quick stay, our room was missing one of the garbage cans & the body wash in the shower was empty. Otherwise no issues.

Everything was great! There was a small lizard in my room all night but no big deal.

The bed was comfortable, the aircon was good and worked perfectly, the room had a tv which worked, there was also a fridge that worked The rooms didn’t feel safely closed, the cleaners only seen to our room three times, only once did they make the bed, the room was noisy, neighbour shower making noise, aircon and fridge both rattling sporadically through the night

Nothing! beds we're not comfortable didn't sleep well I was way way over charged ! The room wasn't anything like the photos false advertisement .Also I had to ask for towels and washcloth there was no ice machine

The room itself had a strong, unpleasant odor that seemed permanent. Throughout the night, loud noise and horrific sexual activity from neighboring rooms made it nearly impossible to relax or sleep. I could hear men and women arguing, throwing objects, and yelling profanities at all hours. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable and concerning that I decided to leave within a few hours of checking in and accept the financial loss rather than spend the night there. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property felt unsafe, poorly maintained, and completely unsuitable for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. I would not recommend staying here.
