The lady on the front desk was excellent. She even found me a charger to keep when i lost mine.

Excellent stay, clean room, the soundproof rooms are a plus because of the busy road. Staff was help and pleasant. Will definitely stay again.

Initial communication was rough. Staff did stay on property late to make sure my arrival was safe. Door to my room was unlocked when I arrived. Overpowering chemical odor in room. Beds were extremely hard. Pool area was cute but not clean. Water was very foggy and warmer than bathwater. Guests had glass bottles around the pool. Garden area has a lot of potential but not set up or kept up.

The room was small, but comfortable. We were very disappointed that the courtyard wasn’t set up or maintained as the photos showed. It was as if it used to be a great hangout spot, but everything was thrown around and no one kept it up. Shame. The walls are thin and we heard ALL of our very loud neighbors party until very late. We also had the outside light in our room as the door shade wasn’t installed correctly and made for a very light room all night long. When it rained you could hear the rain on the roof, as if you were camping in a tin cabin. I thought it was nice, my husband thought otherwise. The area isn’t that great, it seams like it’s up and coming, but it’s not there yet.

Rooms were super clean, nice, and modern. Location was great and very convenient with the bus system and good restaurants in walking distance. Gave enough towels and shampoo upon arrival. The front desk was super helpful. The back though was a little more unkept, but had some good mangos. Great overall for the price!

I have visited many hotels and the room at this hotel was, by far, the most clean I have ever experienced! Hats off to the cleaning staff! The room was quiet and spacious. The only reason I could not rate my experience a 5 is because we had a brief encounter with termites. Had the termites not visited with us, this would have been an awesome experience. Although we had that mishap, the stay was still great! Would definitely come again!
