La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Miami Lakes

The only good thing is the location We had a bad experience with this hotel. First we couldn’t do the check in until 6. When we ask at the check out for a partial refund or credits, they told us that we ask for an specific room when it was the lady at the front desk that told us that she hasn’t gotten the list from the manager of which rooms were clean, basically making us liars. Then the room wasn’t even clean properly and the bathroom had issues.

Exceptional

It was an average stay. The room was ok. No one came to clean while we were there. I enjoy la quinta but probably wont be staying again at this location

Nothing The place is nasty. AC in room did not work which is consistent with other reviews I have now seen. Shower was lukewarm. No Gym as advertised. I left on my second day, and the hotel manager refused to refund me the remaining two nights left on my reservation.

Poor

All amenities were closed which never was said. Breakfast area was empty the strong smell of like an air wick

The the room door you almost had to kick in to open and it would have been more comfortable to sleep on a rock

I didn't stay for it Carpet floor dirty and my didn't have a tub in it

The room had cockroaches, and the shower water didn't get hot enough.

Rug smell in room

Exceptional

The room wasnt cleaned. Just beds changed. The breakfast didnt have variety. The coffee was watery.... the location was good though.

They should offer more variety at breakfast, and there is a very strong odor in the hallways that needs to be addressed.

Exceptional

No es la primera vez q voy a la Quinta, pero como siempre bien bueno 👍

Public spaces, in particular = the hallways = unbelievably and unacceptably smelly (disinfectant/deordorizer?), dirty and stained carpets. Breakfast buffet = adequate; could definitely use a few more healthy options.

Breakfast was very good.

Worst stay. Carpets were dirty, elevator inspection out of date, property overall was deteriorated, room smelled musky, bathtub was horrible, key card never worked. Bed sheets were dirty. Do not stay, pay more. Decided on this hotel because it was only an overnight stay, but regretted it.

The rooms stinks

Really nice hotel.
