Hotel was pleasant, no fee for parking. I will say bathroom’s were a bit outdated. But rooms were clean.

I was very disappointed. There are no signs when you get off the elevator directing you to the lobby etc. No microwave in the room as promised. The rooms are way over priced. I should’ve never booked there. I’ll never stay there again. Pool needed cleaning.

Dislike Bathroom had no went when you showered so all of your belonging were wet when you stepped out of the shower. Floor of the shower room is so slippery you fall when you get out if you do not place towel on floor. Was over charged for my room by $300.00 Desk employees do not know anything on simple questions we had on every thing from shuttle time to what area was there something to eat and even easier questions about the hotel itself. Very disappointed and dissatisfied

When arriving, check in was at 2 pm...we arrived 10 mins early and staff said room was ready but would have to charge a 35 dollar early check in to get into room. Every staff member was in training and did not have a grasp for hospitality. Once in room floor was flooded with water from leaking AC unit...front desk called engineering .. the engineer used a vacuum on ac ...we had to clean floors ourselves ...still leaked throughout stay...never were we offered another room....the door lock to patio that leads to pool does not function ...so it locked us out ...took engineering 2 hours to get us in....nevermind the shower did not function .....stay away ...exterior looks nice but it is garbage.

This is a very classy, conservative and elegant hotel. I am a repeat customer cause I love the facility, it is so clean. Try the restaurant, very courteous staff and the meat is a Bocado di Cardinals. I will hit it every time I go to Miami to visit my sons and take care of business.

Way too much noise in the hallways at 1:30 AM…Also electrical outlets had some sort of shorts had to search for a working outlet to charge our phones and watches

Loved my stay! Quiet area, awesome staff, and a gym that’s basically a fitness paradise. My room was huge, the AC kept it perfectly cold at 65 degrees, and the bathroom was spotless. Super satisfying experience from start to finish.

The breakfast was cold.

The shuttle system was confusing and cumbersome. I realize they are a third party vendor but I would encourage you to consider another vendor.

Mold on mattress and dust in room. High humidity in room. Older building. Would not stay if you want clean air and surfaces. Loud and dirty wall AC unit.

Wonderful from check-in to check-out!!! Nice area, ample free parking and great all-around experience. We will be back!!! (We were there for a concert at hard rock stadium. Very convenient).
